Dude, I love this place!!  Any douche bags you see squawking about the alleged poor service are arrogant fools who are connected to other shops in some shape or form, it's only an exceptionally lame attempt to derail business to the competition.

My wife and I began vaping at the end of last year, we were COMPLETELY OBLIVIOUS to the technical aspects in the learning curve of vaping. Instead of pushing us into buying anything, they took their time in explaining and simplifying everything for us.

These guys are ALWAYS helpful, the fact that they're highly against pushing a customer into buying things is blatantly obvious as soon as they begin to answer your questions in full detail followed by honest opinions about the products.

We actually bought a few products elsewhere before even buying things from the shop, yet during that entire process, they still offered their help. They did everything from showing my wife how to build her own coils, to even fixing her vape setup AT NO COST....

I can go on and on about how horribly incorrect the negative reviews are, but the truth is, everyone has the opportunity to find out for themselves. As soon as you walk in, you'll see how cool these guys really are. I don't write reviews, but after seeing these idiots lying, I had to speak up.

Being honest is the best way to attract business.... Having locals write negative reviews about the competition isn't doing anything besides making you guys look like major league douche bags... Seriously.

I shop between Maxx and 420, I like both shops. Furthermore, after reading these reviews, I think it's clear where these negative reviews are coming from, so we'll be sticking with just these two from now on.

I recently moved close to 420, so it’s my new local headshop. I’ve had bad experiences with their competitor around the corner, so I bought two vapes from 420. Within a few weeks, they began giving me trouble - shorting out, not connecting, and generally just not working the way they should.

I took them back to 420 (no receipt) fully expecting to be told “too bad, so sad.” I was lucky enough to get Bryce, their relatively new GM, on his shift. Bryce was fantastic - you will not hear me sing his praises any less than he deserves.

Bryce tested out my vapes and confirmed they weren’t working. After he confirmed they were busted, he offered me a better, more expensive version - no charge! He also said he was going to stop carrying the version I had purchased before.

Inspired by Bryce’s help, I decided to invest in a new piece of glass. Bryce not only helped me out with a discount there as well, but also let me pick out a piece they hadn’t even put in the system yet. Talk about a VIP experience!

All in all, 420 is the best headshop in Bloomington hands down. Not only do they admit when their products don’t work the way they are supposed to, but they back that up with action and help. I’ll definitely be going to 420 for all my smoky needs...

This place is if not the best smoke shop in town definitely the most knowledgeable. They have all you need for just about any set up, and if your not sure what you need the staff there is generally knowledgeable enough to help ya out, which sounds like it should be standard but Ive spent alot of time and money in glass shops and can tell you if you dont know your stuff alot of places around here also dont and will just tell you whatever so they can sell you somthing or not give you the right stuff and tell you it is the right stuff because they just dont know and they are guessing or whatever the case may be. That rarely happens at 420 if one of the staff members dosnt know the awnser to your question, they will call a manager who typically does. They keep a nice clean store and a nice, happy, helpful and fun atmosphere in the store and always have plenty of cool and interesting glass and smoke supplies at different price points to match the wallet and it seem like they always have a deal of some sort going on.
