I ordered two pairs of shorts (last year I believe) that the mail courier lost. I contacted Native Language Co on Instagram & they immediately offered to send me my order again even though it wasn't their fault and they didn't have to. I placed an order with 2 shorts and 2 shorties on 11/01. The package was shipped by USPS. On 11/04, I got a email from native language co. saying the package was delivered. I tried to find the package in mail room or package room several times but could not find it. Also I did not get any message from apartment or amazon hub indicating the package delivery.
