Pili's Party Taco — Local services in Bloomington

The search to find good tacos in Bloomington ended for me when we had Pili's Party Taco. They have yet to disappoint me and every time I see the truck, we will probably be getting some tacos or elotes. Lengua and tripa are our favorite meats. It tastes pretty much exactly how I'd want my food. Edit 02/15/21: Recently I have been getting the torta more. It's a great sandwich and I know it is a two meal sandwich. It seems like the toppings can very on it; once I had a big piece of cauliflower but the husband didn't. No complaints though, I love cauliflower and with or without it, the torta is still delicious. Half our order was wrong; because we got it to go, we didn't find out till it was too late. We ordered flan, but then was told they were out after the order was complete; not sure if we were charged because we had asked for a receipt, but was not given one. Overall the food was fine; the grilled chicken quesadillas (which we had not ordered) are best enjoyed with sour cream and sauces. We asked for quacamole, not sure that's what we got as it was runny. I will never be back. My first experience trying to order the girl at the front counter with red hair and freckles is super rude and unhelpful. I asked if I could get an ochata. She said that we are not selling them I said ok and asked when would they see it. She said when ever it's made, I then asked when is it made. She responded when ever they make it.
