The manager Kyle there is very rude, he discriminates against the disabled filed a complaint to corporate they didn’t do anything but “talk” to him. I am disabled and had a hiccup with my landlords which caused me to lose a lot money and have to wait for a refund. Kyle wouldn’t come to agreement with me on payment and so it was agreed for them to come get the freezer I told him I would need help emptying it out due to recent surgeries and he told me he could care less and if it wasn’t empty he would dump it out in my yard and let me it be my problem. They sent out a young lady by herself who is the sweetest and kindest one there to get a huge freezer by herself and she struggled they should of helped her but nope they don’t care about their customers or employees. On top of that because of one missed payment they canceled my contract. I'm locked into an agreement already and am past due on my bill. But the store associate said I was denied. There's an active agreement in my name that's past due. If I got denied there shouldn't be an active agreement. What it looks like is that I got approved and got racially profiles in person and told I was denied but already been approved online. Read moreThis placee is nothing but a scam! DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM HERE! I called to make a payment on a phone and asked how much was left. Was told 390. I said ok let's just pay it off on my next payment cause it autopays every 2 weeks. The dude said ok sounds good. My payment comes and they don't take it all just the normal payment. So I called them and ask why. Well apparently a few days before my payment my six months same as cash was up. I said why didn't the guy tell me this before hand cause I would of just paid it off when I called the last time. He said yes he should of but to bad now you got to pay 600 extra sorry.
