When I walk in the door I was planning to walk right back out because they didn't have the Ghost protein powder I was looking then leaving me to buy from GNC or Amazon but, Khalil said give me 5min of your time to try out some samples. I was impressed of the the taste and the choice's I had to pick from because I've always struggled with the taste of protein powders. khalil took the time to listen to my goals and help me pick out the right supplements for me. Even helping me with a meal plan. Great experience and I will be a returning customer and thanks to Noah and Michael when I came in for my first visit a couple of days before talking to them really made my thoughts lean towards giving Khalil a listen. Normally I would have gone with what I had already made up in my mind. I would have been sadly mistaken had I probably just left without hearing Khalil out kudos to Khalil and his team for being human and not just pill powder pushing computers genuine people that work here. Read moreIt was obvious from day 1 of walking into the Blue Springs store that this location was the one I wanted to return to because of the amazing customer service. Michael and Bryant are amazing humans (as is everyone else at that location we just know them the most!), and we enjoy having conversations with them, worked out alongside them, and enjoy seeing them at events at our gym.
They are a hype team at the BS location. Over the years here, I have been educated on great products that work for me personally. I am always treated like a person and not just a customer— and it’s always a plus to walk into a store and have someone greet you by your name every single time. I’ve never felt pressure to buy something because some supplement stores do that, but they are cool and are genuinely there to educate and help guide you in your fitness journey, or just to talk with!

Read moreSo I called up to your location and asked if you guys carried the Celsius blue razz lemonade. I talked to Bryant and he told me no that it wasn’t available to them yet as it is a new flavor. Bryant then said he give me your phone number and I’ll check into some things for you. Later I received a message from Bryant stating that he drove to 7 eleven and got me a case of it. Keep in mind I didn’t ask him to do any of this. Bryant also stated he would deliver it to my house. Bryant delivered the case and never even asked for money for it as I told him I would get him some cash. Bryant went way above and beyond for me as a customer of the store. I am blown away because this doesn’t ever happen anymore with anyone or any other business. I own my own business and I would be absolutely ecstatic if one of my employees did this for someone .
