This location is such a disappointment and should NOT be like this in our city. Who is the owner? I see them always on here apologizing but nothing ever changes at this location. My husband and I placed an order on the app which was very simple and customized, and Customized ONLY because I cannot have ketchup it makes me very ill. Two sonic cheeseburgers , one with NO ketchup, two blood orange cream slushes and an order of crinkle cut fries. We waited 15 minutes and drove to this location which now has designated mobile order spots with no call button. We sign in the app that we have arrived and wait 4 minutes.... then wait another 6 minutes....then wait even longer....There is no one in the drive thru and no one waiting for food except us. After another 4 minutes someone pulls in and orders drinks in a regular spot and she brings them right out. By this time I am like what is going on we placed this order almost 30 minutes ago and have been waiting 14 min here. As she was walking back in my husband called her over and asked if she knew how much longer it would be and explained to her we ONLY want fresh food because we have waited so long. She seemed very frustrated and said she would be back. 6 minutes later she comes out with two burgers, both with ketchup, no fries at all and 4 cream slashes. Our burgers looked like black hockey pucks and were not fresh and we immediately sent them back only for them to send the same burgers back out with ketchup wiped off, our fries were cold and gross and she said they were fresh and we asked her what she wanted us to do with the extra drinks and she said throw them away I guess. We literally got out of the car and threw it all in the trash can infront of her. It looked disgusting, smelled disgusting and it was a waist of our money. The customer here is HORRIBLE and the staff looks like they rolled out of bed and showed up. No hair nets, dirty clothes just really gross. Read moreI had not visited this restaurant in a while. I was quickly reminded why I would never go back. First of all, all I ordered was a medium size of jalapeno Cheddar R peppers in the drive thru. I do not know type of training there. Teaching them, but the drive through cashier, which was a male, was very rude. I was literally the only car in the drive through and seen about 2 cars waiting in the parking lot. I get to the window 10 minutes sitting there. No one had came to even take the money for my purchase or to inform me they rent robbing them fresh. When he finally came to the window, it was no apology from waiting so long. No, how are you doing? The only thing I got was the price and then he slammed the window back. Maybe the window just close really hard. Then when he finally brought the jalapenos chedder R peppers out they were literally overcook, clearly dark and with only one ranch. He was ready to slam that window back like I was inconveniencing him. I said, wait. These are really dark and he proceeds to tell me that's how they come. And I tell him I've bought these a lot of times at many locations, and it's never this dark, which means they were overcooked. So he takes my bag back with an attitude and have me waiting there again. What I should've said, I want my money back because he made no apology for my long wait, food cooked in old grease or to even acknowledge i was in his drive thru. I don't know. Maybe I was interrupting him when I pulled into the parking lot. He was standing, add a white truck talking. I'm not sure of his ethnicity, but the man I'm talking about had a thick accent. Dark hair and probably in height about 5'6 maybe late 20s mid 30s and morely the manager because his shirt was different than the crew. I will never go back to this establishment. Read moreWorst customer service I've ever experienced, especially from a manager. With no cars in front of me, I placed my order of an m&m blast a kids meal and 2 large cheese fries. I pull up to the window and receive my M&M Sonic Blast and 2 drinks. 4 cars pull up behind me, and still no food. 13 minutes pass. By the time my food arrived, my ice cream completely melted. Mind you, it's 90° outside. When the manager named Lynn handed me my food, I told her my ice cream had melted. She snapped back, raising her voice and telling me they only had 3 people working and people behind me. I said, "Will you please remake my shake?" There's no need to snap at me. I'm a customer just expressing myself. She shut the window in my face, and I could hear her loudly using profanity about the situation. My young son was in the car and could hear. Madison stepped up to open the window and asked what my problem was. I explained that I was handed my ice cream and then waited 13 minutes for my food and how Lynn snapped out at me belligerently and unnecessarily. I didn't deserve that treatment. I would like someone from Corporate to reach out to me.
They also screwed up my order. My son ordered a burger with only ketsup and extra pickles. They forgot the ketsup. I couldn't circle back around to fix it as there's already so much damage from the whole situation. I'm not going to let it ruin the rest of my day and my activities, even though...
