This is in regards to a review left by Christine Taylor and her comments about 'the older woman'. And the fact that the male working there is knowledgeable about everything in the store. After reading this review, it made my blood boil. My husband and I have been shopping at this store for a very long time and have never had a bad experience with this older woman (which is a crude description). She is pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and funny The male, however, that it mentioned in the review as being knowledgeable about everything in the store is a flat-out lie. He has sold us the wrong coils and pods numerous times. If you ask him a question, his response is 'i don't know' In short, I feel like the post left by this individual talking bad about an employee who lifts the store up and raving about how good the male clerk is is a setup. Honestly, the roles of these two individuals are completely reversed from what this person posted. Probably left by a friend or family member of the male clerk. I've never had an issue with said older woman. In fact, our family prefers to work with her due to the inefficient male clerk who seems to sell us the wrong products. Well I'd give 3 stars only given I dealt with the young man, Austin. He's super friendly, knowledgeable, shows you the product and gives a good description of what it is you're looking at. Now I know with all of that said your probably asking "why the 1 star"? Well only twice (this being the second time) I've seen a young lady behind the counter. I've never personally said more than "how's it going"? and her response was "it's going" or something along the lines of. Unfortunately she is not so friendly nor does she talk to you about the product. Best way I can describe it, she works in a store to sell item's and that is what she does not do aside from informing you about what a certain product is. Bought two pens from here and two carts. One pen work perfectly, the other wouldn’t even charge. She acted like it was her first day, we waited 20 mins for her to call a “manager” then she said there was nothing they could do even though we got them not even two hours ago from her and she didn’t even make sure they worked before we left. But what pisses me off the most is what the Receipt says. They can do exchanges if we have the receipt and original packaging and they also do store credit.
