I got to this every week and order Mountain Dew zero and they always try to give me a different drink which has been no big deal I correct it at the window and they give me the correct drink. Today my husband goes and has to keep telling her the drink because she keeps ringing up a different one. She then proceeds to get an attitude with him and said so what do you want. Once he gets it settled and fixed he goes to the window to pay and a younger lady just shoves his food out to where if he wasn’t paying attention it would have hit the ground and closes the window. He calls Nick the manager on his way home and he was severally rude to him and blamed everything on him because he was frustrated with how they both treated him and it showed in his voice. He never raised him voice or got aggressive with him but kept being accused of it.
I called and asked to speak with manager and the guy on the phone says yeah that’s me I’m the boss. I asked him for the corporate number and he refused to give it to me and said they aren’t allowed to give it out and how it’s easy to just google the number. I asked him why they weren’t allowed to give the number out for a customer to make a complaint and he just dismissed my question and kept telling me to google it. I said that wasn’t what I was asking so he said let me google the easy number for you. I asked his name and he said Nick and gave me the number from google which tells me he didn’t know originally. My receipt said Eliza L so I asked him the other girls name as well which isn’t illegal for a company to give an employees first name and he said that legally they can’t. I explained to him that I’m not wanting anything else or even a last name and he said that’s one of their names and this is where I don’t know Taco Bell so if I’m gonna be like that he is hanging up and disconnected the call.
I never raised my voice or got made I was simply asking questions and he was rude, dismissive and unprofessional and literally didn’t even care to ask me what the issue was...
Read moreI have been to this location twice with mixed results. I don't eat Taco Bell often anymore but, given the fact it's Taco Bell, I won't share much about the food. It's Taco Bell. You know what you're getting no matter the location. It's convenient, inexpensive, and can hit the spot when you have a certain type of hunger.
The first time I visited here, I drove up to the speaker box to order and sat for a few minutes then heard a voice say, "how are you?" Being polite, I responded, "fine. How are you?" The response was, "I'm good." Then silence. I was unsure if I was supposed to place my order or wait for another prompt.
So, I waited another minute or so before being asked for my order. I placed my order and was promptly told to pull to the window. My order wasn't repeated to me, I wasn't given a total. I pulled to the window and was given an amount. I paid and was handed a bag. Again, no confirmation of my order, I was not asked if I wanted sauce (it's Taco Bell, of course I wanted sauce). In fact, no other words were spoken. I asked for some sauce, was handed a few packets without a word, and the window was closed. My order wasn't 100% right but I wasn't going to bother with it for one missing taco. My stomach probably thanked me later for it.
The second time I stopped at this location, the person helping was very helpful. She took my order, answered a stupid question I had, and communicated effectively. I really appreciated that...
Read moreMy family made an order on the app tonight and when my wife got home with the order there was food missing. This was a little after after midnight and they don’t close until 2am. I called the store to let them know she was going to head back to get the missing items but before she could get out the door the manager Chris, told me that they were closing early and would not make our missing items. I was like sir, I already paid, this is my dinner and you need to make the items missing from the order before they closed. He then told me that the food had already been put up 45 minutes ago. So on top of closing the store early you can add lying to the mix because my wife was there less that 45 minutes ago and she said there were quite a few people even behind her. She came home with food, just not all of it so there is no way that the food had been put up 45 minutes ago. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but after conveying my annoyance at how unacceptable this was I realized this guy had absolutely no intention of making the food and just wanted to close early and go home. I called another location and they said that yes they were open till 2am and would be happy to make what the other location would not so thank you to the Noland Rd location for that. Chris clearly needs some restraining on managerial customer service but I’m sure he...
