And this is exactly why I am shocked that gamestop is still even in business to this day... Just called the local GameStop here in Boardman spoke to a girl named Emily asking about this Sony headset I'm looking for... And she acted like she didn't even want to help or cared in the least bit.. so I continued trying to express my interest in this item... And she wouldn't even attempt to try and even bother to look it up for me or help in any way,... And rather than actually try and help, and know for sure, the first thing she told me was I don't believe we have that! Instead of acting like you could pretend to care and say it's possible that we might not have that but let me go ahead and check for you... And no matter what I said she acted completely dumbfounded.. thanks a lot Emily for not even pretending to care, I'll never buy anything from this company again.. and the next time a customer calls up your store and ask if you carry something can you at least pretend...

We arrived and I went inside and was very promptly greeted by Alayna. She was very warm and friendly. I explained my wife had just called about selling an Apple Watch. Alayna smiled and was ready to go. She navigated everything up until the cashing out part. The system was not letting her scan a code. She made several calls to other stores for help. She was determined to get this done. Unfortunately, the system just couldn't do the trade. Alayna was very apologetic and I assured her that it wasn't her fault. She went way above and beyond for what she had to. I ended up going to another store about a mile away to do the trade. Alayna had even given me the directions to that store because I'm not from Boardman. Next level service. I hope she gets a huge raise for this...

The employee said it would be "easier for him" if they were rang up together and we split the payment at checkout. He gave my boyfriend his total, card was swiped. Then he says oops you were charged the whole amount, can we just leave It? No, we asked to be separate from the beginning. It took forever to redo the transaction and we're still not sure if his card was charged for the total plus the second transaction.
