I love the clothing selection here, the prices are a bit high. The woman who’s always working is absolutely fabulous. The tall man that works there is the most pretentious person I’ve ever met. Continuously interrupting the conversation she and I were having about sizing differences all the while ignoring the customer he had at the register. It’s not a store problem, it’s a personnel issue. He doesn’t need to be fired, he needs to be educated on when his opinion is needed/ wanted and when it’s not. I specifically avoid him when I come in, and he interjects anyway. Casual Male has made significant strides in a positive direction over the years. This store I would normally rate a 5 because it had everything you needed neatly organized areas. However because of the spatial limitations of the store itself larger individuals may have a difficult time of being able to see and effectively move around the merchandise. The staff is very knowledgeable, not only about today's trends but also about product lines that have not been in the store for over a decade. Was not pleased at all with my recent trip to DXL. You advertise yourself as a big and tall store. Yet you don’t carry one item in your store that is tall.
