Update to reply...it's not a mistake. It was 100% this location. I've tried to get soup on more than one occasion and was told they don't have any left even though it was only 2-3 in the afternoon, the rude woman said they don't keep soup on all day and when it's gone it's gone or something to that effect. Another time was told well I already pulled the soup off for today so I don't have anymore to give you ... Judging by your response you guys really don't care. This is laughable

Lazy employees start to break their kitchen down 2 and half hours before they close. Pathetic. Never going again. Cant fulfill my order because they never have it because they are more worried about closing...

We love ordering the Honey baked ham & smoked turkey for the holidays…though if it’s the day before the meal somehow we find ourselves sneaking and munching on slices the night before. lol —- Cold or hot it’s fantastic either way. I love to stop in sometimes and get a fresh made Sammie with turkey or ham as well. The Tavern club is one of my favorites. —- I’m very thankful we have a store nearby...

Called to order a ham for pickup. Asked for a 12 plus pound ham. The women said she didn't know if she had one and would not look to see if they had one. Told me she was too busy to help. Why answer the phone? Hams are great but this store has rude, unhelpful people working there. Looking at other reviews, I am not the only one that thinks so. I believe the corp. office...
