They have a terrific variety of high class ended merchandise to dainty sizes and adorable children's clothing and items, clothing and for dress up occasions, and comfy and casual or come as you are. They have shoes for dressy admissions, good shoes far working standing all day (I will not give the name but it begins with a "c" .) casual and even casual like sandals. The difficult thing for today is that I have to shop in the big and tall section. The section of not very big and keep flip flopping the location. When I was here a couple weeks ago, you would turn left and go all the way to the end of the aisle, turn right, go maybe 20 feet and it was on your left. Today, I went stuff by where it was, I was not looking to the right. The big and tall section is on the right before getting to the end of the aisle and on the right as you proceed down the aisle until you get to shoes. I also cannot wear anything with synthetic fabrics at all. They only had 2 types of sorts in my size that were cotton. The problem with the spandex in the waist is that it is not covered by the cotton and just has that few inches all the way around the waist to be in direct contact with my skin.    Read moreI recently had a terrible experience at a local store where I encountered an employee who was completely unprofessional and unhelpful. The employee in question, mary, was incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment I approached her.
When I asked for assistance, she sighed heavily and made it clear that she did not want to help me. She was visibly uninterested in her job and did not seem to care about providing good customer service.
Throughout my interaction with mary, she was visibly irritated and not paying attention to my needs. She was short with me and provided vague and unhelpful responses to my questions. I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed with the level of service I had received.
She made many micro aggressions towards me and I can only assume itâs due to the fact that I am a black woman. Her presence was not at all comforting and I physically had to sigh in relief when she was called her on her Walkie-Talkie so that I could hopefully find someone to actually help me.
In short, Maryâs lack of professionalism and poor attitude made for a terrible customer experience. I would not recommend this store to anyone based on the poor quality of service I received from...
   Read moreNot sure if it's Kohl's return policy or if their cashiers aren't sure what is going on. I brought in two shirts with receipt and tags still on. They were a large, I wanted the same ones for my son, but an xl instead. The lady returned the ones I brought back and then gave me the cash back for them. Somehow it was 17$ and 1.87 on a gift card. She then rang me up for the xl's and tells me I owe 14$ after taking my 18 and some change. I was confused as to why the price inflation and she said they are no longer the same price as they were. This makes no sense to me. So then I say I'll just take the large shirts back, re-rings the same shirts I just got 18$ back for, and tells me I owe 14$ again. I asked for a manager, but since I was on my lunch break I had to leave. So I left the store, with my receipt still on customer service counter. So upsetting and actually quite nonsense.
