The reason for the three star is I bought a bedroom set from there and was happy until I get home and scratchers was all on top of it and a missing handle which they said they would mail me along with my boxspring they didn't have for the bed I had to finance separate. So I get a delivery email saying my boxspring and handle is being delived to the wrong address even though I told them my new address five times! I call up there and she fixes the address but it was to late for the handle that already went out but she told me it was coming through the mail so I said it's going to my old address but the post office should catch it and reroute it to me it just may take awhile but nope it is coming through UPS so now I am not getting my handle! Then my husband goes back down to Ashley's to get a bedframe and the lady their Jamie was so nasty! We had a coupon that said we could use in the store for $50 dollars off no matter the amount we spend. She was basically yelling saying "No you can't use that it's already only $100 dollars! Excuse me? You lost my handle to my scratched up dresser you sent me and I had to waste my day calling the store because you guys sent it to the wrong address! If anything I should have got my bedframe for free! After being treated like that and all the headache to get my boxspring and lost handle I will never get I will not be back! I was going to buy a whole sectional couch and a recliner from them but not now after what they put me through. The delivery for the boxspring was great because the delivery guys were kind and professional but I am very upset with Ashley's Furinture in Boardman! If you buy from this place make sure the furniture does not have scratches and the handles are not missing. Also make sure you ask twenty times if the address is correct or they will send it to the wrong address! Also to the older lady Jamie Do Not Yell at your customers! PS I enclosed pictures of the missing handle and the this boxspring they gave me! My bed is almost to the ground. My kitty is in the picture. Update: After we talked with the Manager Bill he did make it right and was able to work something out over the bedframe issue. The very next day I got a call from corperate to ask us about or experience and why we was not happy and listened to our concerns and she genuinely seemed to care which some companies don't bother to call so I did appreciate that. I am happy that the company does care about their customers and that the customers voice is heard because there is always two sides to every story and Ashley's Corperate does listen...

From the moment we walked in, we were met with exceptional caring service, our rep John Brown, and the quality of the furniture has truly transformed our home. Our Boyington top-grain leather sectional? Oh my goodness, it's even more comfortable and stylish than I imagined! It's quickly become the heart of our living room. It's truly a statement piece that combines both elegance and ultimate comfort, massage, heat, wireless charging and an amazing console.
And then there's our new Robbinsdale Counter Height Kitchen Table with its gorgeous chairs. This set is simply stunning! I called in to see if the Chime 10" Queen Size mattress was in stock and was told yes. So I drive over an hour fighting through traffic to get to the store. My hopes was to skip the wait time that an online order would take. Upon arrival, I was taken around the store where they showed me other mattress that I had no interest in. When I asked again for the third time about the Chime mattress, they said there wasn't any in stock and the next shipment was in September. Then they proceeded to try to talk me into buying one of the higher tire mattresses after the fact I told them I wasn't interested. After going back and forth, they reluctantly mentioned that they could place an order that would ship to my house. I said fine and proceeded to ask for the military discount when they stared at me for a minute before trying to tell me that they don't offer military discount. I was mind boggled by their attitude and statement so I pulled it up on the website where it was clearly stated that their was a military discount and once again they just started at me. After an awakward few minutes of silence they told me they would honor the website and give me a military discount. They proceeded to order a king size which cost more and I pointed out that again, I just wanted a queen size they just grunted at me with discuss. Like who does that. After some time and getting the details ironed out, I left. A whopping two hours spent in the store to leave frustrated. Just to have drove over an hour to and another hour back home when I could have just ordered it only. What a waist of time. Being lied to so they could talk me into buying something else.
