Went to pick up a mobile order inside because you’re not allowed to pick up mobile orders at the window. I waited for somebody to acknowledge my existence and hand me my food because, despite having a mobile order pickup warmer on their front counter, they do not use it and you must wait for somebody to finish dealing with whoever’s in front of you.
They hand me my food, which has my name and order on the sticker on the bag, and I leave. On my drive home, I looked to make sure they got the side that I ordered and realized then that none of the food in the bag was actually what I ordered at all. So I drove back, and ironically enough the guy whose food they gave me showed up at the exact same time, just ahead of me. As they’re telling him that somebody picked up his order already, I but in and say that I think I’ve got his order. They let both of us know that they’re making our orders fresh now. Odd that mine wasn’t ready considering the extra 10 minutes, but whatever.
I sit and wait for about 2 minutes with my new friend, also waiting for his order. Somebody calls out to me from behind the counter to inform me that they’re out of the extra crispy chicken I ordered, and that all they have is original recipe. I asked them if they meant they’re out of it at this moment because they need to make more or they’re out of it for the night - considering they were open for another hour and a half this seemed odd. They tell me that their cook is gone for the night, which sounds really strange because again, they’re open for another hour and a half.
My gut feeling is that they simply do not want to deal with me, despite me being super normal and relaxed about the whole thing to this point. They asked if original recipe was going to be ok, and I asked if I had a choice, and they said no. I wasn’t about to throw a fit over some KFC so I accepted their offer of not the food I ordered after having to leave and come back because they gave me somebody else’s food.
This KFC pretty consistently sucks, whether it’s soaking a sandwich in sauce to the point that it’s sopping wet, giving you food that’s been sitting out, or forgetting part of your order. I’m not expecting anything incredible, and I don’t fault the staff entirely - though they really aren’t the least bit friendly in general and they’re not apologetic when they make mistakes. If it’s that bad all the time then it probably comes down to management or corporate policies, but either way I’m not going back there. Popeyes is right across the street. There are local chicken restaurants that are more expensive and less convenient, but I’ll gladly go out of my way after tonight.

We went here on the 24th of January at approximately 3:30 pm and they were a little busy and when we got to the menu board at the drive thru we placed our order, one 8 piece chicken only bucket mixed for $18.99, a chicken sandwich, a coleslaw and a Mac and cheese, all total around $43.00 We get to the window and pay for it and then they tell us that they are out of chicken thighs and we will have to wait at least 20 or 30 minutes? Wait a minute are you kidding me! I told my wife no just have them take the bucket of chicken off and when they did they only gave us $12.00 back on our card and when I asked why they didn’t give us the whole $18.99 back the Manager started yelling at us and called my wife the C-word and said a few other choice words so at this point I just told my wife to drive off. I called the 1-800 number for corporate and made a complaint. The next day I did get a call from another manager at this location and after apologizing for the situation she offered to send us a gift card for the balance of our bill, she did say that we were charged $18.99 for the bucket and she didn’t know why they only gave us $12.00back. Well at any rate we should have gotten a gift card for $32.00 but as of today the 11th we have not received anything. I will never go back to this KFC and if I do not receive anything from them by the end of next week I will be contacting the corporate office again because they still owe me...
Read moreWent to KFC once again disappointed the last time I didn't receive all of my food and the chicken I order was incorrect I ordered extra crispy they gave me regular so it's been awhile since I went back well I went today and they told me they have no dark meat it would take 20 minutes so they offered me chicken wings in the chicken breast for the same price of the 8 piece so I didn't get it and when I got home to feed my family the chicken breast had a hair in it so I called and I was informed that they were ready to close and no send me a coupon for one piece of chicken I was so shocked that they thought I would take any of that chicken and serve it to my family and just discard the chicken breast that had the hair in it and the rest of the food was terrible the corn with old and dry the gravy was extra thick like it was made early in the day and sat out all day I feel as a fast food restaurant that charges almost $50 for a family meal they should be more than willing to fix the problem not offer a coupons that you"ll never receive they had the nerve to tell me to take the food back the next day with the receipt like I called to complain to get free food I paid for my meal with my debit so I will be calling my bank and cancel my payment to them I hope whoever continues to eat luck they don't cover their hair and they Don't care if your food is fresh next call will be to the...
