On December 9, this UPS Store lost my daughter’s car title, demonstrating a troubling lack of competence, care for customers, and attention to detail. The issue began when the tracking number they provided indicated that UPS never received the package. When I sought assistance from the local staff, they were either unable or unwilling to help and repeatedly emphasized that they are “not UPS,” dismissing any responsibility.
I eventually had to escalate the issue to the store owner at the 1604 & Bandera location, who made an effort to contact the UPS center to track the package. Despite dozens of calls to both UPS and the Boerne store, the package was ultimately lost.

Read moreI use this store regularly primarily with Amazon returns and we have a mail box there. I recently saw a post regarding the female employees at that location being rude. I have always had very good experiences there and couldn’t fathom that being the case. Well today I did have that experience. Went in to return a couple of Amazon returns and Bobby helped me. I’ve dealt with her before and have thought her customer skills could use improvement. Today she was just flat out rude and unfriendly. I realize people have things going on in their lives and items on their plates we know nothing about. Read moreNot all UPS Stores are the same. This one is particularly bad. The owner is rude & condescending. I offered to pay him to print shipping labels for my 3 business boxes when I was unable to use my scale and print out my labels at home. He refused to serve me because he doesn't make enough money on prepaid shipping. I'll take all of my prepaid and in the store paid business elsewhere. He does a disservice to UPS's brand. He says he's a franchise store and can run his business any way he wants. My advice is take your business somewhere else.
