Sunday afternoon. The music was so loud I could not hear the girl taking our order. As we waited for our smoothies. The 3 girls working repeatedly threw things around making even more noise.
Their next flaw was that they didn’t charge us for a bag of chips even though she saw my daughter take the chips off the wall and place it in front of us during our order. As we completed the order I got the sense from the the girls that they didn’t charge for the chips. Though I could t verify bc I chose no receipt. So I asked and they said no. I just don’t think it’s wise to have the only employees working to be high school aged girls. They aren’t assertive enough to stop and apologize to a customer for not ringing up an item and to ensure that it got rung up. They also just simply unaware of how the music type and volume impacts the environment for the customers. Their loud noisy kitchen manners on top of the loud music was annoying.

I’m disappointed and curious. At 7:26 my account was debited for a medium drink. At 7:37 a nice woman at the window offered Marcie another pub cup. And then I waited. And waited. And waited. At 7:37 with no other people in the store and no other cars behind me or not in front of me obviously I got my drink with an apology. I’m curious and a wee bit disappointed. Marcie and I had the opportunity of being served by two awesome young ladies this afternoon. Sierra was on the spot and smiling just as soon as she opened the window to serve me. It was great seeing that smile. Jenna piped right in, would you like a doggy treat! Again with this smile that showed she wanted to do the right thing!

Today, my husband and I went in for two smoothies and the customer service was amazing. They were pretty busy with both drive through and in store orders, but all staff, Kaitlyn, Danny, and Grace were hard at work and being so polite and respectful.
The taste of our smoothies were so good! One complaint we used to have was the grainy texture and either too bitter or too sweet tasting smoothies. This time, smoothies were made promptly and were delicious! We will definitely be making it a point to come...
