As a customer, this place has severely declined in quality. My breadsticks have been undercooked the last 3 or 4 times and the pizzas have been questionable. The pizza puffs... the 1st time I tried them they were dripping with grease. Same with the 2nd and 3rd time. I won't buy them again.
As a food delivery driver this place is horrible. I have noticed since last October that the entire staff has been wiped out at least 3 or 4 times and has been replaced with an even worse staff than the ones prior, and it keeps getting worse. The wait time for an order is a minimum 30 to 45 minutes but I've been known to wait more than an hour for someone's order to deliver.
I was there today picking up an order and I was the only person in there. The employee told me that it was coming out of the oven. 20 minutes later I was like- you said it was almost done??? The excuse was oh I don't know what that guy's doing back there. After waiting more than 30 minutes, I finally have an order to deliver. Between people coming in and trying get his attention in that 20 minute time span was impossible.
As both customer and delivery driver, the attitude of this establishment is deplorable. The single worst customer service I have ever seen in my life! I'm in this establishment almost every day, multiple times a day and while waiting, I see the poor attitude (and sometimes downright rude) that these employees and management have towards their customers and delivery personnel. They simply do not care about anything and take zero pride in putting out a decent product in a timely manner.
As someone who has been a customer and driver here for 3 years, I'm no longer a customer as of last week, and as someone who has to deliver orders from here, the reason your order has been reassigned to several drivers is because we only get $2 per delivery and we don't get paid to wait on anyone's order so we'll move on to the next order.
Who ever owns this location really needs to come in here and pay attention to what goes on here. Don't even get me started on the restroom. The sink has a decent layer of dust on it and clearly hasn't been cleaned in a while which makes me question if the toilet ever gets...
Read moreService was very unsatisfactory. When I arrived ( not that it matters how my day was ) it was after a 13 hour shift cleaning pools. I was very hungry, saw that there was a Tuesday promo. Perhaps there was miscommunication, but I thought I received the promo, but did not, couldn't see what I actually paid for because I was not given a receipt. The young girl behind the counter was very unhelpful when I asked do I receive the promo but just pay for the extra toppings or how does that work. Her response " ummm not really" ok ok maybe I was having a bad day, but I was not greeted coming into the store, nor was I told to have a good night, when the pizza was finally ready they called my name. I stood up " yup that's me :) " audible enough to hear my voice bank off the back wall in the back. Stood there 1,2,3,75,100,120,157 seconds before I had to grab the attention of the what I believe to be the manager on duty, she said one sec as she yelled for the girl who took my order to give me my 2 pizzas not at the promo rate I thought I was getting, can neither confirm or deny again not handed my receipt. Pizza was fresh tho, everything little ceasers standard ( which was my first job worked it for 5 years ) until I see the cuts. I've been going to THIS boerne little Caesars for over 10 years and this was the first horrible experience I've ever had. I left with no refund and no pizza. Robbie is loud and THINKS he is funny. He told the cop trying to order food "i was in the war. I killed kids and women. I did bad things and killed women". All Robbie wanted was the cops praise/attention. He wouldn't let me pay until he got a reaction out of me. He kept telling me it was "a thousand dollars" for 2 hot and readys (not funny just annoying) I had to fake laugh so I could pay. The man behind me got his pizza immediately, while I wanted over 25 minutes for no pizza. He kept talking to me and my child in Spanish....we were speaking English the whole time so idk why he kept trying. I kept asking how much longer I had to wait for pizza. He just kept shouting "i need pepps In the oven". I swear NO ONE was making them. The girl he was yelling at had head phones in....she couldn't hear him!
