Be aware of Covid 19 delays. Me and my wife visited the store on 7/31/20 and purchased an Ashley couch with extended repair warranty for a really good price. Salesperson informed us that there was a delay on delivery due to Covid 19 and we could expect the couch around early September which we were completely fine with and understood. September came around, had not heard anything so we called on 9/18/20 and we were then told delivery would not be until the end of November. Not really a huge issue, we understood it was due to Covid but we asked if we could instead come in and look at a different couch they had in inventory to get something sooner. Person on the phone said yes, they had a few floor models they would be willing to let go. We visited today, 9/22/20 and browsed but none of the floor models fit our needs and the ones we were interested in, they were not willing to part with. We then decided to cancel the order which is where the 1 star comes in. After paying $580 in full and upfront for our original couch and extended warranty, we were told there would be a $25 charge to return/cancel the order. We essentially paid Willette's $25 to browse their inventory and leave empty handed. Read moreGot a mattress from here feb 25 2023. It has broken down already. Went to use the warranty two months ago had a man come out and tell us yes it qualified for the Warranty to come in and even exchange for a new one but if we get one more expensive we just pay the difference. So our old mattress was $519.00 our new one was $114 difference. Tell me why when we call today they tell us we owe over $300 cause it now doesn’t qualify for an even exchange. On top of that we have been waiting over a month close to two months for them to call us to tell us that it has come in we contacted them twice and they gave the mattress to someone else cause of miss placement of our ticket so they ordered it again and when ordering it again we was assured that the difference was $114 so we went ahead and ordered again it came in last Friday we called today and was told it was over $300 difference. Nope not happening. They said he did us a favor and covered a little over $200 for us. Yeah I don’t see how that’s fair for us when we was assured by the man who came out that it was a even exchange and then the lady who ordered our bed said it was an even exchange twice. Read moreWe had tried a couple different stores in the area and didn't like our experience there, so we went to try Willette after hearing an ad for them on the radio. We went in looking for a new living room set and all of the ladies working that day were so helpful and nice. They let us look around and weren't overbearing salespeople like our previous experience. They were there for any questions we had and very knowledgeable.
We actually noticed a couple pieces that we had seen at the other store for much, much cheaper at Willette. The staff at Willette didn't try to upsell us or convince us to go out of our budget, they were very respectful and helpful in getting us exactly what we wanted. They offer reasonable financing options as well, which was very convenient.
We're currently waiting on our set to come in and for delivery, but I have no doubts that experience will be just as pleasant as our in store experience was. This will be our go to furniture store in the area...
