Kohl's — Local services in Bonney Lake

Bought a few things a few days ago that didn’t work out so I brought them back with receipt…I was returning everything I’d purchased just a few days prior. One of the items was not registering on the receipt or system even though I had bought it with the other couple of things…it was almost like the barcode just wasn’t working. Well, they said there was nothing they could do and I must have another receipt at home…no I do not- I bought all of it at the same time and the security tags were removed by the cashier-I believe the system was glitching and Rebecca refused to help me…so, now I’m stuck with a shirt that doesn’t fit my hsband. The lack of customer service was off putting…I’m new to shopping at Kohls and have a new credit card there..but after I’m done spending my Kohl’s cash, I won’t...

Kohl store for Amazon return, associate was shady was checking the picture of every item being returned it has been 2 weeks my item is missing $550 worth. Called Amazon they said looks like the haven’t sent the item yet. It was an iPad mini pro why are you holding on to the item for 2 weeks?, editing to respond to the person who just responded. I did call the Kohl’s store the person who answered the phone said to call Amazon and since I have the receipt I shouldn’t worry about it. I will get the refund eventually! He says we send the items in daily basis but Amazon says it is still not sent. Kohl’s employee told me he can’t help further and won’t look at the store if it was misplaced etc. Amazon keeps extending refund period and Kohl’s will hold on...

Kohl's used to be a great store to shop at using their % off coupons. Now they have listed (a long list) of things you can not use coupon to purchase. Kohl's has nice items but original price is EXTREMELY high but with the % off coupons it made the items reasonable. LATELY anytime I try to use % off coupon the clerk states "Oh this item you cannot use this coupon" Read the list of items excluded - it just about includes the entire store. It would be a shorter list for Kohl's to list what the coupon CAN be used on!!! I do admit most staff is very friendly but I shop here less & less because I just end up getting mad about the...
