SEPHORA at Kohl's — Local services in Bonney Lake

So I really had the worst experience of Sephora ever at this store . I never had issues with Sephora in the past but several bad experiences at this store even though I gave them several chances and thinking not to buy from Sephora again. First I went in cause I was having a hard time finding the foundation that fits my skin and doesn’t leave streaks. The girl was nice but recommended truly the wrong color or what I needed . I went a second time addressing my concerns and another girl recommended another foundation that was definitely way off and made me first look like a ghost and definitely didn’t fit my skin tone . So today I went in with my foundation that I only used once not realizing that I passed the return window which I wasn’t aware of because at Kohl’s there is no time to return and the guy was like sorry I cannot help you . Then I said fine I will look around myself to find a good foundation and when I asked for help he said sorry I have to help a new employee and other customers even though I spoke with him first . As if my purchase was not important and that I am not valued as a customer even though I have been a customer for many years . Really disappointed and not sure I will go back unless I am treated...

Not expecting much inside of another retailer and wasn't disappointed there. One of the two women working talked to me like I was supposed to know that product that was out in fragrance was also kept on another wall and were pretty put out that I interrupted their very important tea time as I waited patiently for them for help. The young man working was steering clear of them both and very helpful on helping me find pricing in Sunday Riley that wasn't listed. And then as a casual goodbye the still deep in her convo pointed to the front of Kohls and said I could head up there to check out, most likely because I also had two shirts in my hands from the main store and that would have really put her out. I would have loved to use my points and pick up my Sephora bday gift but wasn't in the cards. Online ordering seems to be the way to go from...

This store is NEVER STOCKED! I have went back 4 times to look for a particular shade eyeshadow and they never have it. I don't even go there anymore 😕. The staff is amazing though, besides the guy that works there. He has no clue...
