I enjoyed everything about my visit and experience to the 7th Avenue showroom in Boston's Newbury Street. I had made an appointment online two days before and was not too sure what to expect. Right away, I was delighted and very pleased. The sunlit and delicately fragrant and serene showroom space is very tasteful and beautifully presented. Great sample mix of sofas and complete selection too. Had a great time trying each one out and just admiring them. My appointment was with David Meninger, the Sales Consultant, who from the beginning was very friendly, polite and professional. He answered all my questions, gave me ideas and suggestions, explained everything in detail and most importantly was very patient with me. I tend to have trouble deciding what I like and I changed my mind after I first decided on a sofa and he was very understanding and attentive. Even after the appointment, I then called him to make a change and he was immediately available and very helpful. Shopping can be stressful for me sometimes and he made the experience very easy and fun (we even did the Coke/Stain test). Yes, you can stain it with Coke and immediately clean it and the sofa looks like nothing happened ! It was also nice to learn that there were opportunities to make changes or exchanges after a purchase and even after the sofa arrives, so there is flexibility in this sense and many options are available. The sofas were even nicer than I expected and I look forward to choosing my favorite sofa from 7th Avenue and cannot wait to get it! Highly recommend making an appointment with David and seeing and trying these modular sectional sofa beauties in person. Made such a difference to go to the appointment and visit the show room....

After months of searching I finally decided to get 7th avenue deep seat slim 3 seater for my new house! Thanks so much for David’s help he assisted me throughout my decision since day 1! He patiently texted me diagrams and possibilities on how to move around the modular boxes..Without being a pushover, he gave me ample time just right into Labor day sale! And what’s great about it is the last day decision to visit Los Angeles showroom to try their couches firsthand and feel the fabric! KEEGAN was so helpful and purchase was a breeze he even recommended the best shade when I showed him a picture of my new floors. 7th Avenue simply completed my checklist: washable covers, slim couches not too huge, COUCHES THAT ARE NOT RIGID FIRM BUT JUST RIGHT TO SINK IN AND DEFINITELY BOUNCES RIGHT BACK! soft smooth fabric easy to manage, sturdy frames, non toxic materials, and for a small additional amount, white glove delivery! I’ve done research on months to find the perfect couch. We wanted something that would hold up to our 2 dogs, 2 cats and a toddler. We could not be more obsessed. Not only is the couch extremely beautiful and comfortable, simple spills/mud just wipe away with a wet cloth and all the pieces and I mean ALL are washable. My husband and I often discuss how happy we are with our purchase and look forward to coming home after work to lounge. I personally worked with David through 7th ave Boston and he made the process so easy! He was there to answer all my questions and wasn’t at all pushy about the purchase. They offer virtual tours if you’re purchasing online like I did. You can tell this company actually cares about their clientele. We purchased the sand beige in velvet and it’s perfect for our space! It literally came in 10 days, unlike other companies where you have to wait months. Absolutely worth the money and will probably never go without a 7th...
