Here is my experience: Donald is really unhelpful if you want to do an alternation. Frankly speaking, this guy is neither professional nor responsible.
If you buy a jacket from an online store, This guy is going to charge you 40 dollars for a simple alternation without asking you anything. But a professional salesperson should ask where this jacket comes from. In fact, if it is from an online store, the price is 15.
At the due date for the alteration. Never expect this guy to contact you himself. Remember to call the store yourself to check if the jacket is ready.

He is so annoyed and pissed at the sales people there . They are aggressive if they are selling , but won’t even acknowledge you if they don’t think you are going to buy from them . This is the reason why I decided to write this review : earlier today we walked by the store and decided to go in . The sales person saw us and instead of approaching us , she proceeded to dance while talking and laughing with her colleagues. We wanted a suit and bought a set worth $920 dollars from Hugo Boss at Copley-Boston. They didn't have the pants in the size we needed so we tried another style. The pants of the correct size, they promised, would be shipped in. Both suit and pant needed alteration. We were supposed to pick it up after 1 week. We called and they said the tailor never delivered. We showed up the next day, again no show. We showed up the third day and we were made to go up to a third party tailor: who told us she got the suit the day before and needed some time. The measurements the Hugo Boss folks took were wrong. She needed to do some more work on the suit to fit it. We ended up spending 3.5 hours at the tailor's place. The pants that Hugo Boss gave her were also a size smaller.
