We read other reviews and decided to purchase our parking online ahead of time. Upon arrival our QR code didn’t work and we called the intercom and were instructed to go ahead and get a physical ticket and get the attendants help on the way out. On the way out the attendant told us that we didn’t arrive within our ticket time - which was 12 AM of the day we were there until midnight that same night. 24 hrs. Well apparently they don’t teach their employees AM vs PM because we were told that arriving at 9:50 AM wasn’t within the 24 hour window… we needed to leave to make it to the airport but the attendant told us to park again and walk to their office to get help. Not happening. We called the intercom again and the helpful lady working was able to call the office worker over to us instead. Just a warning: the “Weekday Super Late Night Special Rate” advertised online does not exist as far as I can tell. Bought online and emailed a receipt but no QR code. Next morning, office attendant told me he couldn’t find my reservation (even though I had a receipt, reference number, and got charged). He said “That’s why we don’t recommend people to buy it online.” I attempted to do it correctly the next night so I got a ticket, thinking that the rate would be applied as long as I was in by 9 PM and out by 8 AM. Next morning, the machine wanted to charge me $18. I went to the office and the same guy from the day before told me that I had to buy it online. I reminded him of what he said the day prior and pointed out that the office closes before 9 PM. Been parking here since April and never had any problems. I’ve even slept in my car here overnight a few times a week as I work late at the bar and was too tired to drive home. However, for the past four days they now have their public safety security guard driving around every level after midnight using the sirens with their flashing lights and drive around with the bright flashlight on the side, view mirror, looking in peoples cars With another security guard walking around, which is a total invasion of privacy as to why they suddenly have a security car driving around with sirens and lights after midnight is really bizarre as it feels like we are living in a communist country now I’ve never even experienced that one living at the worst neighborhood in Miami.
