It is well lit, was not as cold 🥶 as the outside temperature and secure. Valet parking 🅿️ only so bring $ for a tip! I discovered this parking 🅿️ garage through the Spot Hero app. My QR code was accepted at the drive thru kiosk. Unless you were staying at the hotel, there is only one door that is both the exit and the entrance. The first prominent building you will see is 200 Clarendon Street. I use that as my reference point to help, 🎵 Help! I need somebody! Help! Not just anybody! 🎵 Oops 😬! Sorry 😐. me find the door again. The staff were very friendly. The only issue I had was that a plastic barrier was placed at the vehicle drop off area. I knew I could not get by it without bumping it. The attendant kept motioning me forward and saying it was okay. I tried to get by but I bumped it. I think I ended up with a small scratch on my car but I can't prove it. So I was a little annoyed by that! I had no issues when I picked up my car. Other than that I would recommend this garage for...
Read moreThe location is convenient since it's connected to the Backbay MBTA station and close to I-90 as well as my office. However, I would trade this slight convenience for better service and less price gouging. I suppose $35 for 2-10 hours is typical rate for the area. They are currently have a lot of construction going on, so the rooftop "early bird" parking rate of $18 is not very feasible especially if the parking spots are reduced. Unfortunately I missed my opportunity to have my parking fee validated. This company probably realizes they have a large customer base already and can't be bothered to provide good service. I attempted to speak with the parking clerk and all he gave me was attitude...
Read moreWent here and the sign said $20 for the weekend but was charged 40. Also the ticket dispenser was not working upon entry, so they manually lifted the gate. They mentioned nothing about needing the ticket when leaving. When we were ready to leave, the attendant asked for the ticket and we said we did not receive one except from the valet. He proceeded to be rude and say "everyone gets one, it's impossible". He even walked us down to the machine that did not work previously and we again explained our situation. After all of this he said "okay, lost ticket, $3". Unfair we had to pay the 3 dollars, but the 10 minutes of being rude was completely unnecessary. He also took a picture of the receipt without explaining why, and did not answer any questions directed at him. He just...
