I was signed to Dynasty at the beginning of 2016 until now 2019 only because i no longer have reliable transportation anymore . Its kinda funny because then i was here reading the reviews at the time. I was little hesitant because im from Providence RI i knew i wanted to sign with at the right model agency In Boston. Dynasty reviews werent the best at the time but i had tried to sign with other boston agencys I wasnt having the best of luck some were rude and even threw away my portfolio pictures . I applied for dynasty had a meeting with Nav everything we spoke about in the meeting about siging with the agency felt good and I felt he was being real to me. Im not going to lie i was little concern about paying to be apart of the agency. After signing a few weeks later i was booked for my first client and made double what i paid to sign up! I was extremely excited and couldnt wait to get booked for more clients. My time being there the staff always felt nice and very welcoming like a family everytime i would go in person. Archee was nice and cool to talk to always was sending me constantly jobs modeling and acting castings to attend. I Have hundreds in my email still .The only problem i have is the jobs were a little far Which i already knew before signing with the agency . Also a few people complain on here about not getting booked in the reviews but its the client decision if they want you or not. Everybody gets turned down i did too for alot of my bookings but Dynasty does their job getting you to them. Dynasty Models and talent is such an amazing agency. The people are intelligent, kind, and good hearted. Dynasty gives many opportunities to everyone. They use Porfolio which is an easy to use Website. Giving parents and children information on upcoming jobs. A modern way to communicate that makes the industry less frustrating (due to lack of communciation) and more exciting . The people who work at dynasty are so great. Morgan is a smart and very kind person she takes time to know what such model individually and I feel always looks out for me and my peers. Archee is the best photographer I have ever met. He is kind and makes everything fun! Nav is so great. Although he may be “the boss” I marvel at his teamwork; he would rather us all work together to get more done. He connects people and creates relationships within the industry. Dynasty is constantly growing and thriving, using unique ideas no other agency can think of. My experience with dynasty has been fantastic!! Since joining in the beginning of February 2013, I have learned that Gin and Joe are always professional with their work. Tighan always keeps me informed with any casting calls that might interest me. Gin and Joe always find time to meet with me, even last minute, and always have their doors open for any questions that I might have. Ive noticed that they treat me more like family and less like a client, always looking out for my best interest. This has made my experience thus far great. Its nice to know that within this large industry, my agency is always trying to do whats in my best interest.
