I’ve been a member of F45 FiDi since it opened in January 2024. As someone who doesn’t like planning a workout and hasn’t been consistent in the gym, F45 was exactly what I needed. Coach Luca has been AMAZING in helping me push myself - picking up heavier weights, correcting my form, and making me feel so confident. Luca is always teaching the afternoon classes and she brings such light, passion, and enthusiasm to each class.

Coach Luca, Coach Katie, and Coach Nick are all wonderful, kinda, and inclusive. The energy they bring each day is what keeps me coming back without them the studio would not...

As someone who is allergic to exercise I can say that the instructors and team at F45 keep me motivated to not only give it my all in each class but also to come back from the next class.

The instructors also help me with adjustments to exercises but never make me feel like there is something wrong because I need a modification. Instead they are genuinely excited when I walk through the door before a class and continue to encourage me throughout the class.
