I've been spending so much time since January, trying to get necessary documents in for the HES scholarship application.
University of New Hampshire sends the transcripts through Parchment, which is a standard service that uses USPS First Class Mail.
However, 3/3 times the transcripts had not made it to their office. They won't make any exceptions for me, they won't change their rules about transcripts being physically sent to this specific address, and I won't be able to get my scholarships because of these reasons. They do not care about the time and effort that I have wasted, in regards to my scholarship application.

Update 04/28/25: Changed review since I was able to get my thing done by going directly to the office. Supposedly they don't answer phones because of understaff issue. People there could also be more polite, just seems to...
Read moreBe ready to wait up for a whole month for a simple appointment no matter how urgent your case is. I do not understand why there's only one window for service when so many competent people with much better attitude and efficiency desire to work here. If the staff here hate their job so much they can just quit and new people will always replace you. They also assume you know everything and roast you if you don't....
