As someone who works in healthcare and in a customer facing environment, I believe that Kelly's cosmetic services and products are top tier. I feel incredibly comfortable in her care throughout the entire duration of my appointments. I have sensative skin and have difficulty finding the right products that works for my skin type, but Kelly is always gentle and knows what will work for me. With each appt, I see immediate positive results that last. She's a very sweet person who will give you honest advice and have your best interest in mind, which keeps me coming back. I am always able to discuss what I want/don't want, like/don't like with her, and she makes sure that I leave feeling satisfied!!

Pricing is definitely worth the time, high quality of products, and all the fancy machines she uses. She is very responsive and accommodating with scheduling. By far the best facial services I've had in Boston- Kelly has really helped me with my problem skin for over a year now, which is why I cannot stop raving about her services.

I've had two facials with Kelly and both have been amazing. First off, it's incredibly easy to make an appointment with her. You can either text or call and she replies super quickly. Second, the space she uses is very cozy, clean, and comfortable. She has two beds in the room, but I've always been her only customer both times. Third, the facial was very thorough from the washing, steaming, extraction, and aftercare process. It's pretty standard for what you would expect for a facial but Kelly's customer service is why I'm giving her 5 stars. She's super sweet and attentive to my skin concerns. I was dealing with a lot of clogged pores/blackheads so she took extra care in helping me with that during the extraction process while also keeping it as painless as possible. She also doesn't push her skin packages or any extra services without reason which is great. Kelly also is great at conversation so if you like to talk with your esthetician, she's great. As someone with sensitive/combo/acne-prone skin, Kelly has done a wonderful job in removing zits/pimples/whitehead/blackhead from my face. She really keeps my face feeling squeaky clean, without having to strip away my natural facial oil as well as having my oil production under control.

I'm really nitpicky about choosing the right esthetician due to my skin issues. Many beauty spas will try to sell you their products/services, but Kelly tailors your treatment sessions base on your skin type + needs. After discovering her on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) app, My acne and sebum production has also improved drastically after visiting her on a regular basis. She's very thorough and professional at what she does.
