I promised I would write this a month ago, but I didnt have time until now, so here goes!

About a month ago, I went to the King of Jewelry after a sales lady from the nearby Macy's told me that they didn't sell wrist bands. I was looking for a new one because my old leather one for my watch was getting ragged, and the lady recommended that I check out nearby jewelry stores.

Lo and behold: King of Jewelry.

I arrived at about 6 PM on a rainy weekday night. The sales lady at the display and the man working in the back both informed me that they didn't sell wrist bands, but I could purchase one online and they would help me install it if I needed help.

Fast forward to about a week later, and I finally purchase a new wrist band. Like they alluded to, I was struggling to attach the band to my old watch face, so I brought it in. King Jewelry did it in less than 10 minutes and didn't even charge me cent!

Sweet people, very professional. I would happily come back there to buy...

This shop does not waste your time and is completely honest, unlike many other merchants. I walked in with an idea of what I wanted, and walked out with EXACTLY what I needed.
