I am so disappointed at this place. I’ve been here twice now and both times I’ve had issues. First time, there was a little misunderstanding on what service I wanted. I wanted a refill but the lady removed my nail and had to redo. The whole time the owner or the lady who’s the most fluent in English who usually is the one to communicate when needed was trying to justify how it was my fault for not being clear. They made me pay for removal, another set and they were still complaining themselves. Instead of just trying to solve the problem, she was trying to justify how they cannot be wrong. Also, 2 of my nails chipped in a week. Seriously!!!! This time, I got a refill but I specifically asked to get my corners and sides because my nail grow fast and this lady didn’t. I am leaving for my birthday trip and I needed it to be perfect this time. She was trying to rush to another client so the job is so poorly done. Don’t charge me 70 dollar for a refill and give me a 50 dollar job. Plus, tip. I’m just so disappointed in the service, customer service and everything in general. I’m going to town nail only from now on. This place was closer so I thought I’d try it out. I just want to leave with this question. How would you guys feel if people said oh bad service 50 bucks not 70. It’s the same, please do what’s asked. My nails aren’t even even but the facts my corners are white instead of red cherry color is...
Read moreMY PEDICURE EXPERIENCE: I showed my nail tech a picture of my desired pedicure shape and she didn’t listen to me. I requested a square shape with precise edges but she failed to fulfill what I perceived as a basic request. Despite paying $35 for a regular pedicure with regular polish (not gel) my feet were barely scrubbed and no calluses were removed.
MY ACRYLIC GEL MANICURE EXPERIENCE: Once again, I showed my nail tech an image of square shaped mid length nails painted with a brown partially transparent color. I was requesting a very basic set but was once again met with disappointment and dissatisfaction. Not only did they not have the color but the shape was completely off. When I pointed it out to her she expressed frustration towards me even though I remained calm and polite the entire time. If I’m paying $70 for a set of acrylic gel nails the LEAST I can expect is what I asked for, not rudeness and disrespect. I felt extremely uncomfortable with expressing my needs after realizing how annoyed my nail tech was by it. I shouldn’t have to feel like that as a customer, especially if I’m being kind and respectful.
Overall, I was unhappy with my nails, toes, customer service, and over exaggerated prices paired with the unmatched service. Maybe I just got unlucky with the nail tech, but I don’t see...
Read moreI’ve had good experiences here before but I’m a little upset with my most recent visit. I went in with a picture of exactly what I wanted. Which was French nails with PEARL gemstones. I made sure to ask twice and show them the picture multiple times because I know that’s something not every salon has. If they didn’t have it, I would have done something else with my nails. They explained that with the design I wanted I’d have to do acrylics instead of dip and that it would cost a little more and I was totally okay with it. Towards the end of the session, it was time to add the pearls that I had asked about and showed her and she looks through the gems and turns out they didn’t have them. I’m upset because this could have been avoided if they had checked instead of brushing my question off and said yes without making sure. I also got a French manicure and they’re very crooked and the gel is significantly thicker on some nails. I did not want just a French manicure and would have done something completely different if they had checked for those pearls. Now I paid $80 for something I do not like and did not really ask for. I’d hope that next time you’d listen to the customer a little more and go the extra step to make sure you have what they’re asking for before it’s too...
