After several years of shopping around for a good stylist, I was referred to Nikki McCart through a friend; believe me when i tell you Nikki is my hair stylist for life. She and co-owner Lisa Walsh are so much fun, personable, and have the best energy. You literally could never have a bad time in their presence. You could be having the absolute worst day of your life, and by the time you leave the studio you are beaming with happiness and confidence.

That’s the secret to MW- not only are they phenomenal at what they do, but they have this unique ability to make everyone around them laugh and feel amazing about themselves.

Nikki is a master at extensions, particularly at matching your hair color with the extensions for a seamless all natural look. I get so many compliments from people who don’t realize I have extensions, they think it’s just my natural hair!

I could go on and on about how fabulous these two are. I would literally travel hundreds of miles to have my hair done here, luckily for me they are right around the corner! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a good stylist with personality and a master of their craft. I have a lot of long hair that had been allowed to grow out and get really messy with no maintenance for 3 years. As soon as I walked into MW I felt really comfortable because Nikki and Lisa are warm and welcoming. Nikki listened to me lament about my hair and was so nice and understanding. I showed her a picture of what I was thinking of for my hair and we discussed how much I wanted to trim. Two color ninjas!! I have received hair treatments from both Nikki and Lisa. Nikki is my go to. She is always guiding me and keeping my hair perfect and healthy! Lisa not only nailed my cut/color/balayage, she squeezed me in and nursed it back from big mistakes made by an hair student I tried to support. They pay close attention to how environmental factors wreak havoc on the threads and plan an approach accordingly.
