I've only been here twice for laser hair removal but I wanted to share my experience. Moira performed my first session of laser hair removal about a month ago and it was a great experience from start to finish. She was very professional, gentle, and attentive. She greets her clients by name, gives them time to get settled in room before starting the laser treatment, and even walks them out once they're dressed and ready. She also has a very calm/peaceful demeanor, which helped ease any anxiety I was experiencing.
Johanna perform my second session of laser hair removal (on 3 areas). Although she was nice and did answer my questions, I did not enjoy the experience as much. She seemed to be in such a rush for some reason, almost as if she had somewhere else to be, which gave me a lot of anxiety (although I didn't show it). Although my appointment was scheduled from 4:00-4:45, I was completely finished being serviced within about 8-10 minutes, if that, and that includes the time it took me to take my top off and put everything back on. I was taken back to the room around 4:08 and was completely checked out by 4:20. Although I know laser hair removal is a pretty fast service in itself, the appointment just felt very rushed, almost as if Johanna was in a race against time. For example, by the time I got up from the bed/table and was going to hand her a tip she was already half way out the door. However, again, my appointment was scheduled from 4:00-4:45, so I'm not sure what the rush was for. Overall, I found my experience was Moira to be much better than the one I had with Johanna. Moira's customer service is A1, so I will stick with her moving forward. I highly recommend her.

Read moreI used to give this place 5 stars and have been coming here for 3 years for my laser treatments. My technician was great. But since the new management took over, it's been horrible. I was literally steps away from my appointment when the front desk called, 5 minutes after my scheduled time, to say my technician had already left. They insisted on rescheduling and even demanded a late fee, threatening that I wouldn’t be able to book another appointment if I didn’t pay a late fee. This is crazy—I’ve never had a technician leave just 5 minutes after my appointment time, and they always gave at least 15 minutes before canceling. Not to mention how rude their tone and communication was
To top it off, I had prepaid for a package of treatments and asked for a refund because I don't want to be treated like this and won’t be going back. They’ve completely ignored me and didn’t give me a refund. The new manager is terrible and clearly doesn't know what she’s doing. ALSO! Don't trust the good reviews—they used to offer free facials for 5-star ratings back when they were actually good so giving a 5 star for a free facial was totally okay and that’s how they raked up a good rating - Now,...

The General Manager Nicole was excellent with booking my appointment with the new guidelines. I was impressed walking in as I was warmly greeted and my temperature was immediately taken and all employees were wearing masks.
Evie was ready and waiting for me which was perfect being I was a tad late. The room was very clean. Evie covered all the basics with questions going into my facial. She dimmed the lights and wished myself and my skin away for a much needed break.
Evie was very attentive with each step and asking if I was comfortable. I was very impressed that she often too a break to wash her hands.
The steam part is the facial felt so refreshing and whatever step called for the rose scented product was incredibly relaxing.
Evie was amazing with the care taken in my skin and cleanliness. I felt completely comfortable in the setting and can not wait to return.
