Halftime King of Pizza — Restaurant in Boston

Happened to be here yesterday waiting for my daughter while she was at the SZA concert, and had a great experience! There were a whole bunch of parents here waiting for their kids, and a ton of young kids waiting to goto the show. I had some food while I waited, and they even took an order for a few hours later for when the show was over so my girl and her friends could have something to eat. Pizza was great, beer was cold, the staff was wicked friendly, and I even had the pleasure of seeing them handle a difficult customer interaction.

There were a table of young women who were openly drinking nips they had brought in from outside. The gentleman working the counter walked up and calmly told them that it’s illegal to drink outside alcohol in a restaurant that serves alcohol, and asked them to please stop.

These young ladies exploded at them, yelling that “they can’t speak to them that way, and that it’s not a big deal and who even cares”. The girls left a huge mess on their table (like, purposely made a bigger mess than they had made to begin with), and the entire staff and all the adults in the room who had watched these children act so rudely, all laughed and told the guy he did a great job dealing with those jerks. Imagine my surprise when I came here to say I had a great experience to see not only one but two of those girls had came and made a fake google review.

First and last time I will ever come here again. We came to see a game and to celebrate my husband’s birthday today. We were starving and decided to grab a slice. We were a bit overwhelmed because it was so packed and we never been there before. Guy who cashed us out was extremely rude when my husband ordered a beer with our slices. We tried to look for a place to sit but it was so packed and there wasn’t really a place to stand and eat either so we quickly decided to stand outside. Not realizing, my husband brought the beer outside and before he could even realize what he did, a younger employee had come out and snatched the beer right out of my husband’s hand spilling beer everywhere including my husband and walked away without saying anything. Our friends, myself and my husband stood there in disbelief and needed a minute to process what just had happened. Next thing you know, the same employee comes back out to tell us not to come back again. My husband even apologized at the fact that he brought the beer outside and told him he didn’t realize and was completely unintentional. This is absolutely NOT ok and completely unprofessional! A simple “hey , man you can’t bring alcohol outside”, would have worked just fine and hubby would have went back in with it. Instead we ended up throwing our food away and eating...

Ive recently just started ordering from here. Im not sure What happened to the lil short dude with the accent and light beard (William V is the persons name as per the receipt) at the front but if he is having a Bad day he shouldn't be dealing with customers....as a Customer i didn't do anything to you personally WILLIAM! So if you're having a bad day dont take it out on customers......anyway I call in and just verified if I was calling the right place because their phone was cutting in and out i couldn't hear and the WILLIAM hung up in my face....Clearly he isn't interested in building good report with customers..I called back and ask him "did you just hang up " and he laughed and asked me to hold ......makes sense why you're in a awesome location and only rated 3.9. Im sure yall dont care..but thats my last time ordering food from that place.... UPDATE: NOT ONLY DOES WILLIAM HAVE A NASTY ATTITUDE HE MUST BE HARD OF HEARING....I TOLD HIM I DON'T EAT MEAT AND I FINALLY HAD A MOMENT TO BITE INTO MY Breakfast Egg white bagel...there's a nice sausage in it....Bad ATTITUDE and Can't properly...
