Family owned barber shop that's in transition to the younger generation. Tony Senior gives cuts for longtime locals, and his kids takeover mid morning through the day. Tony Jr has been cutting my hair for over four years, and I've always been very pleases. I moved a bit from Andrew but always make the trip back.
Prices are great, and so is the quality of cut.
This is a multigenerational family-owned business. You're going to get authenticity on the inside. Photos of the Tony's singing through the years, images of Boston past, and and old school barbershop. It's not industrial chic like newer places, but that's also what makes this place special.

Read moreEstablished since 1928, this is a family-owned and operated business. I had the pleasure of meeting Tony (III, I assume), grandson of the original founder. It was a delight to have him work on my hair, as he has very gentle and steady hands, listens to you, and is a bit of a perfectionist while still working pretty fast. The conversation and ambiance (loved the pop oldies in the background) completed the package for me.
