Friendly service, fresh ingredients, and beautiful presentation. Sushi Guys truly impressed me having just opened up in Southie. This was one of the best sushi rolls I have ever had… and that is a big statement coming from an avid sushi connoisseur. It was bursting with flavor and freshness, and the quality felt artisanal, even as takeout sushi. I am so happy they opened in the neighborhood and I highly recommend them.

The service was wonderful, the sushi was incredibly fresh, and everything was prepared with such care. Keep up the amazing work Sushi Guys. The quality, taste, and attention to detail to the way the rolls were prepared truly impressed me. Compliments to the Itamae! I am thrilled to finally have a go-to spot for sushi takeout on...

This place has great sushi but is chronically late with pick up orders (often running 15-30 min past pickup times that were already 45 minutes to begin with for an order for just two people). The first few times it happened I chalked it up to them being a new business but I’ve now ordered at least five times and each time they were way behind when I went to pick up the order at my pick up time. If you don’t have the patience of mother Teresa, perhaps reconsider getting...

We walked into Sushi Guys on a whim after seeing all the great reviews and we were so impressed! We were lucky enough to be able to dine in and were the only ones in there. The staff was so kind and inviting and the sushi was some of the best we’ve ever had by far! We got the makimono deluxe combo and two additional rolls and everything was so delicious and fresh down to the salad dressing! Best spicy tuna roll I’ve ever had, we...

Good sushi in a small shop. Stopped in for lunch and the sushi was very good with fresh ingredients and great flavors. Pricing was very reasonable given the quantity. Unfortunately we waited a long time as there had been a couple of takeout orders called in and only one person preparing the sushi which we didn't know and hadn't been updated on. I could see this being a better take out option given the size of the place.

This place is actually unbelievably good. I moved to south Boston from South end a few months ago and hadn't been to many sushi places....safe to say this is the best sushi l've had anywhere around the city. It's not too expensive and it's genuinely great quality sushi. The staff is beyond nice as well. Give it a shot if you're ever in the area. Inside is small but do not be afraid to order takeout - it's fantastic food.
