I've been here 4 or 5 times now and each time I've tried to talk to someone, it has always been such an odd experience. The first two times I ordered something online and both times the item was very delayed and didn't show up when they said it would. They then told me I should just come in to the location and they'd make it right. I showed up, no one knew what was going on and the person who had told me to come in, wasn't available. I showed up when they asked me to. The following visits were very similar, not well organized. The pricing they have is okay, its pretty on par with other Magic suppliers in the area, but I find them to just be disorganized and not really for the player or collector. Read moreHonestly, this is the coolest card shop I've ever been to. Phenomenal atmosphere, that's really what stood out to me. The walls were covered in gaming decor and memorabilia, and the place was packed for a Tuesday night. They seem to serve food as well, and they host a wide variety of different tournament and events for card games, board games, tabletop, you name it.
This place is so big they even have a smaller shop about a block away. The atmosphere there is much quieter and toned down, but you can get food delivered from the main building. The staff was friendly and very open to questions and happy to help with...

The menu is different (limited) but they have creative solutions if you want fancier stuff from the main location (order runs during gaming events etc.) The ONLY complaint I ever have at the main store is that it can get crowded... good problem to have as a business!
