Silver State Stitch Shop — Local services in Boulder City

A sweet little shop that just recently opened and is starting out with a bang. Adorable samples throughout the shop, with both quilting and cross-stitch supplies being offered. They also offer long-arm quilting services as well. I do both quilting and cross-stitch, so this was a win-win find for me. I was warmly greeted upon entering and, in talking to the staff, I found they also have several monthly programs and classes available as well. As an out-of-town customer, I was pleased to know I can make purchases online and have them sent to me. I look forward to visiting again in the future to see what else...

The Arizona location is nice and bright! Merchandise spreads nicely across the store and it's easier to shop. One side of the store is focused on needlework supplies and the other side is all about quilting.

The classroom is situated in the back with no windows and no natural light yet there is plenty of light to work on cross stitch and quilting projects.

There are plenty of free parking options nearby. Lots of restaurants are in the walking distance if you want to stay long...

Today was Opening Day at this lovely little shop in Boulder City. The atmosphere was cheerful and festive with cookies, flowers and lots of stitchers shopping and visiting with each other. Even though the shelves had numerous bolts of bright fabric, the bulk of it will arrive this week. It was fun anticipating the many classes being planned for the cozy and open classroom and the convenience of shopping here. We look forward to seeing this cheerful shop grow....
