I've gained weight throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. To be totally honest, I even split two pairs of pants. It's too easy to grab an extra snack because I'm working from home, and I'm not as active. On top of that, I have to wear a suit for my current job much of the time. But, I've been working from home, so no one has noticed my split suit pants.

I finally bought a new suit at Latter Day Suits and Formal Affair in Bountiful, Utah. My other suit was getting old anyway.

Gary Wight is very kind. I asked for a very durable suit and told him my price range. He got me the suit that he said most missionaries leave in and come back home in, practically unscathed. It came in below my budget, so I was able to get a new white dress shirt and two new ties as well. I got a discount on those for buying a suit.

Gary also gave me the attention I wanted; he took my measurements and helped me find a suit that fit well. He also hemmed the pants very quickly.

I just have to say one more thing. Business has been slow in this industry. High schools cancelled prom last year. For good reason, weddings and funerals don't have the in-person attendance they once did. Not as many missionaries have been serving this last year. In-person church attendance is lower. Needed tuxedo measurements for a wedding taking place out of town. I was referred here by fellow local business. At first the young man seemed very interested in helping me in my plight. Whew. Then he asked if I was going to get the tux from here. Since I wasn’t he then said he had to call his Grandpa since it was his store to see if that’s a service he could offer and charge me for. Wait, what? I’m happy to pay for a measurement service and even give a tip, but you need to call your grandpa and ask? This has never happened before in the history of this place? Excellent suit buying experience. The owner was very knowledgeable, patient and made great suggestions. I hate buying suits because I can never seem to find my size without trying on alot of different suites. The very first suit he had me try on fit perfectly.
