SNIPES — Local services in Bowie

I was at this location today at 3:00 pm and the store manager called the police on my ten year old son!!!!! I walked out the door first and held the door for other customers to walk out while my son was standing by the door but still in the store with a pair of ethickas in his hand and ask me to buy them. I said no I’m not getting them and he put the ethickas back! After the police approached me in the shopping center (I was so embarrassed and humiliated and shocked and so was my son)I walk backed to the store to ask the store manger for an apology for accusing my son and calling the police on him she refused because she said my son was by the door I said that’s not stealing though and the police agreed with me My son never got an apology she was very rude and refused to give me her name. Me and my son is so hurt I cannot believe what took place but I will be escalating what took place today!!! A card with no name is all she said she was giving me smh All I know is she had dreads I wish I had a picture of her My son really deserves a apology all he wanted was some underwear If I knew the police was going get called on him after putting them back I would had just bought...

Absolute worst customer service. I have come here on two separate occasions and both times were a disappointment. There is no one to greet you, people are just standing around and you can’t tell who’s working. No one offers assistance. You have to figure out who to ask, and they see you arrive and still won’t offer anything not even a hello. I waited and waited thinking someone was checking for a shoe I asked for and no one followed up. I had to ask whether or not it was there if not that’s fine just communicate that. Why have me waiting and say nothing. This by far is the reason people are reluctant to shop in store. Please train these people. This is horrible. It’s ridiculous. Like no care in the world. Just talking amongst each other. I ONLY CAME TO THIS STORE BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THEY HAD THE SHOE....

The customer service was HORRIBLE. No one came over to assist. There was one other customer but 2 employees. When we asked for help, there was no hello or anything, just what size do you need. We requested for the other shoe to get a better feel of if we wanted to purchase, but nothing was said to us. So we just waited. We returned the one shoe and left the store. The young lady said "Oh you don't want to try on the other shoe?" We said no and left the store. Customer service is HUGH in retail and this store does NOT have it. I try to patronize local stores, instead of going to Amazon or some other online vendor, but this is one of the main reasons why I just stick to online. My online vendor experience has been better than...
