First I was waiting 5mins for someone to show up to the register because he was "hooking up his fam" as he said. now I was checking out and once the gentleman started ringing up my merchandise I told him can I give you my phone number because I knew I had a $10 gift from my birthday. and he kept ignoring me. I asked again he then said I need to first ring things up. once he did that. he processed my payment. as I gave him my payment I asked again. he ignored me. then when I got upset he called his manager James which was no help. he basically told me it was too late & said the gentleman was training.
