Giorgio's Menswear and Tuxedo — Local services in Bowling Green

First I want to say, I recently moved here 3 years ago and have shopped at this store for everything from Special Events(Like the 1930s Party at Saint Joe’s) to baptismal events and even fun date nights. I like there Deals as well as the updated merchandise and products they offer. HOWEVER!!!!! I purchased the wrong size shoes from them and within a day called the Store at Greenwood Mall and asked if I could return them and receive a full refund. I was assured I had 45 days to return them. Upon entering the store, it was very apparent that they had hired new employees to service their growing needs. I’m a business owner and I appreciate a business that grows. HOWEVER…SMH, the late 20 something gentleman that helped me today, obviously had know clue me and my wife have spent $767 dollars in 2021, $915 dollars in 2022 and $1011 dollars in 2023 at this store! He treated me like I was A SCUM BAG looking to get over on the store and tried his very best not to return my shoes saying in a nasty tone,” I can’t give you your money back, I can trade them for the correct size or I can see about a store credit!” It was obvious to me that this, “Woke Child,” had another agenda and that he was trying to win the Brown Noser of the Year Award for saving the Store the trouble of doing what they promised me before entering this morning…SMH…. I told him that this was already promised and reminded him of the 45 day return policy. Disgruntled and frustrated and Disappointed he couldn’t stick in my hind quarters, he said with a Nasty Tone, “ well we are going to give you your refund after speaking to the owner but please read the fine print next time, this will be the last time we can return a cash refund to you…so know that!” I have News For You New Guy! Get a Clue and Take a course in how to communicate with your customers! Your store just lost a huge referral source and Customer…SMH…Mr Tall Skinny, White Man, with Brown Hair and some sort of Animal growing...

Ordered a tux 8 weeks before the wedding. Tux did not arrive until 2 days before wedding. When we picked it up it was the wrong suit. The jacket didn’t have tails and the pants were light gray and not striped or anything like the picture. When we told them of this they made a call and said they would have the pants here the next morning at 11. The next morning we anxiously made the call and it was still not there. They said it would be here in about an hour and a half. I showed up 2 hours later and the pants are not there. They were making one excuse up after another but assured me it was enroute and maybe another hour. I never hear from them so I go back by in 2 hours. Then they act like they had it. Only to open it up with the wrong pants again. And the guy said these are the updated version. Simple light gray pants? Literally regular suit pants. Nothing like the picture we ordered. I looked at the guy and said you know and I know that these are not the pants. Not even the suit! So I requested a refund and they gave it to me. But now we are 1 day away from the wedding with no tuxedo. Please please please refrain from going here only to get the runaround and ZERO apologies for...

If I could give zero stars, I would. If I can influence you on one thing, it should be to pick another business to use for your special days. I am using them for my wedding and the staff keep making promises and accusing us of things that NEVER HAPPEN. The suits were suppose to come in in 2 weeks, didn’t happen. We checked with multiple staff members who confirmed a 3 piece suit, wasn’t true. The suits were suppose to come in trailered, didn’t happen. Our wedding party even received the suits for a different wedding party. COMPLETE WRONG COLOR AND WRONG SIZES. Our guys have had to go back 4-5 times to get resized and try on suits and every time, they haven’t fit. The groom was suppose to have a shirt with his suit and they didn’t order it the first go around, then the second go around they still didn’t have it and accused us of taking it home… THEN they checked and said it should be in shipment tomorrow (Friday, May 24th) Today is Thursday May 23rd , my wedding is Saturday May 25th. I was promised all of this would be complete by beginning of May and here we are DAYS before the wedding still trying to get the final pieces together. I would NEVER recommend this...
