As a follow-up to my original review, I wanted to share how thrilled we are with the entire process from purchase to installation. True to their word, the turnaround time was incredible—less than one week from the time we made our purchase to installation! You don't often find that kind of speed without compromising quality, but they delivered on both.

Our Audax granite countertops were installed on March 12th. The installation team showed up right on time and did a professional, thorough job. They made sure I was completely satisfied before wrapping up, and I really appreciated how diligent they were throughout the process. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving everything spotless, and their attention to detail was impressive.

We went with the Audax granite countertop, and it looks even better installed than it did in the showroom. The finish is flawless, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. It completely transformed our space, and we couldn't be happier with the final product.

Brooklyn, our sales rep, continued to impress us throughout the process. She stayed in touch with timely follow-up calls, made sure we were informed every step of the way, and her customer service was outstanding from start to finish. She made what can be a stressful purchase feel seamless and easy.

If you're considering new countertops, I highly recommend this company. Between their wide selection, competitive pricing, exceptional turnaround time, and professional installation team, they really stand out. We are beyond satisfied with the experience!

---Original--- Came in Thursday morning (1/9/25) to have a look at their selection. Brooklyn was our sales rep and she did a fantastic job.

From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and valued. She listened to our needs, asked questions to help us identify what we needed and was able to answer every one of my questions.

They have products that fit any solid surface budget and if memory serves over 40 different products on hand that could be cut and installed within a few weeks. Fastest turn around time around.

They also have several display kitchens, edge designs, sink cut out options, the works in store to view. If you are undecided and need a hands on feel, this is the place to go.

In addition to stocking Quartz and some Marble, they also cut stone for vanities, showers, and outside kitchens. They even did some stone for a fire place that looked very good.

I will be purchasing my countertops from them and do a follow up review after the instillation...

Wow, not sure how this location has a 4.4-star rating! They have no slabs of granite or quartz on site, you have to drive to Clarksville TN . They offer me a 6"x6" quartz sample and showed me a picture. How can you see the veins and design in quartz in a 6x6 sample!

I told them that I was in process of renovating two bathrooms in my house and still living in the house so for obvious reason one bathroom out of order at a time! This was mentioned several times. I offered to pay for both vanities' tops and they agreed to hold the second top. I paid them the 50% deposit. The next day I received a call from the owner/store manager and was told that they are charging a $250 fee to come back to install the second top! NOT ACCEPTABLE. They ladies asked me several times if I could wait to install both at the same time knowing the situation, it was like they were NOT listening to me at all! I asked if I order one top now and when the second bathroom was ready, I will order the second top, she said the $250.00 fee would still apply because the installers come from TN! Also, they charge $100 to cut out for the sink that I was purchasing from them. I was surprised they did not charge for the faucet holes to be cut out as well!

I had them to cut two small corner shelves and shelves for the shower nitches. I gave them the dimension then they want me to send a picture of the corner and nitche ! A corner is a corner and nitche is a nitche. I had to sign a waiver since they did not come out to measure for the corner shelves and shelve for the nitche that they would not be held responsible. I told the owner I wanted a curved edge on corner shelves, she wanted the dimension from the corner to center edge! I told her she did not need that; the fabricator would know based on the measurement by using a protractor or tape measure! Her questions made me asked if this was their first installment! When I pick up the shelves, they were the perfect size. I could tell she was disappointed because she could not make a smart remark about them not coming out to measure for a corner shelve!

The owner is very difficult to work with! She is arrogant and a know-it-all attitude! If it was not for Brooklyn I would have walked out when they told me that they had no slabs on site. I cancelled the order and got my deposit back. Too much competition in Bowling Green!! Went to another place on Monday looked a slab much better customer service! Vanity top installed on Wednesday...
