I am not one to complain, but I feel this situation could have been avoided and addressed to the manager on duty, which it was not. First the host looked stoned out of his mind- had NO idea which server he sat us with or what she looked like. Almost 5 minutes of watching more than 4 servers just tootle on past us along with the stoned host, the server finally shows up and gets our drink order. Chris (husband) got a tall Bud Light- NO HEAD on the beer and the glass had NO frost or evidence of it being cold. As we are ordering she informs us that is BOGO 1/2 off for traditional wings…. They had two new sauces which she didn't bother to tell us about- we saw it on the window cling….She gets our food order and then disappeared. We waited almost 45 minutes for the meals and once they did arrive, my husband had 2 different flavors of wings- one was perfectly sloppy like wings should be- the other 1/2 dry and looked like they were sitting a while. His cheese on his wedges wasn’t even melted looking- more like dried up and hard. My Aunts fries were sort of warm, and my wrap was as cold as the lettuce out of the fridge. I didn’t even have the proper portion of wedges and they were luke warm as well. Now I get that she may have gotten busy or lost track of time, BUT the restaurant was 1/2 empty, NO big parties, and no wait time to be seated- as a matter of fact, some people had to stand around while the host remembered it was his JOB to SEAT people. She didn't come back once after we started eating and once she did, we did inform her of the problem with the meals….
First of all, if I tell you that the food is cold or it’s not right, I’m not trying to worm my way into getting my food/ticket for free, I want you to be aware of the issue at hand- while she did offer to take it back and correct it we had already been waiting 45 minutes for food. We did not want to wait another 45 minutes for possibly another cold meal. We tried to eat a little of it until my husband decided we will just take it home, reheat it, and eat there. We did order the kids a meal to go and it came out nice and hot, but the boneless wings look like they have been sitting in the warmer way past their expiration time …. She again offered to comp the meal, and I politely told her know that we ordered the food, and we will eat it, but there is no excuse to be delivering cold and dry wings to a table. She then proceeded to try and blame the kitchen, and that is where I stopped her. The store was 1/2 empty, servers walking around doing nothing other than just to be walking around, and not once did we see a manager check on any tables or even make an appearance on the dining room floor. I told her that there was no excuse for the food to be cold and look like it has been sitting in the window longer than it should have- only to get cold and dry out. I have been a server at multiple restaurants for a good chunk of my life, my dad has been a regional food and beverage manager for quite some time. I know how serving works, if you struggle at serving, don’t serve or tell management to retrain you PROPERLY. Learn the menu, learn the kitchen, and then maybe wait some tables. She didn’t even notify the manager of a problem because he sure didn’t stop at the table to check or even on any other tables! Read moreI visited Buffalo Wild Wings today in Bowling Green Kentucky I ordered online halfway there since I live in Glasgow Kentucky I ordered halfway to Bowling Green from my phone's app the food was ready when I got there the food was delicious a little pricey 30 bonus wings cost me almost 30 bucks with tax so I got like a buck and a half back from 30 bucks. The location was nice and neat and clean they did not seem busy surprised though that they don't open until either 11:00 or 11:30 in the afternoon but they probably are open later in the day also later in the evening the employee was polite the only problem I had when I ordered since I have a Buffalo Wild Wings gift card already online on the app that's already been added whenever I place an order so the order said upon completing it that my order was paid for I go to the restaurant to pick up my food and the cashier manager said that my food was not paid for and I had to pay an additional $20 plus the $10 something that was still on my gift card so I'm a little uncomfortable about that if an app is going to tell you that your food is paid for just come pick it up they shouldn't tell you to put money up front when you go to pick it up so I'm not sure what happened there I don't think I've got any debit or credit cards linked to Buffalo Wild Wings that would have had the money come off of it but they're most certainly should not tell you your order is paid for just come pick it up and when you pick it up it's not paid for manager didn't even get the order after I placed it for several minutes it was about 15 minutes after I placed it online I called them and they said they hadn't even gotten the order in their system yet some little concerned about these issues but I'm going to try to work around them because the food is great again it's pricey 30 bonus Wings was 30 bucks that's a dollar a chicken wing it's cuz they're boneless and they were a little tough actually I'm going to try Newcomb back to life what's left and see if I can retry to eat them and see if I can get any better eating out of them from them being really tough but all in all I will return Tony says Buffalo Wild Wings four stars and one thumb up for effort and for good food even though it was tough it's a bit pricey and the order process is a bit confusing online so I will not give five stars and I will not give two thumbs up until I see this...
Read moreMy husband and l walked into the building to order take out on February 2nd 2025 it took 10min for us to get our order l order the Buffalo chicken w fries my husband order the all American burger w fries . we got home the sandwiches were warm our fries were hard and cold. we warm them up and looked over it . today l wanted the same meal my husband went in and order the meal got home my sandwiches was dry wrong sandwiches fries hard and cold .my husband called to let them know our fries were cold, old ,hard he didn't look at my sandwiches to know it was the wrong one . but the service rep say well you took the food so we can't exchange the fries for onion ring because you left the building so he ask to speak to the manager and he received the same responsed now we were eating at the establishment we never had a problem with cold food .but this is the last time you will get our money food is high and to be given the wrong sandwiche and both orders of fries cold and hard is bad business. l watch how many people order take out not one of them open their bag to verify that your food is HOT and that it's what you order . you trust that the service rep is putting the information in the system correctly. the dismissive attitude oh well you left the building we don't do exchange.. Bro l only want onion rings because l order 2 time and in less than a week and both time your fries are hard and cold like really. l don't give review but l left my house to get onion rings and a chicken sandwich from Sonic...... and my food was hot fresh cooked once ordered not sitting under a light getting hard as a rock . so yep your going to get this review, we were bringing back the hard so you could make it right nobody is looking for free food just want the food we paid for to satisfactory looking like...
