updated visit... Jan 2021.... still give a solid 4 stars... imo
Hadn't been in quite a while.. since before covid even... menu is still with variety.. once I push the red button, never kept waiting.. as someone comes in to take my order in a timely fashion. Appreciate the choice of "ways to pay" .. especially with using the app as one..
( in fact I've been trying the apps at various fast food spots.. so far has been choice way to go! )....
The times I've been, staff has always been friendly, never had second thoughts about including a tip ... depending on what I ordered and quite honestly how thick or light my wallet is.. 10% at least.. unless I just don't have the extra cash on me...
... but, having worked in service industry as a server & a bartender for many years.. like 2002-2018.. even 2 months of fast food... further back in the day.. lol..... so... just... .. I know.. Even if sometimes not everyone is extra smiley and bubbly or whatever.. it's cool... bcuz... ... I know.. lol...
(I only did 2months at a drive thru,.. in the window... overnight, a jack in the box, Phoenix, AZ... was thrown on a register, given a headset... 3rd day there.. 2am ... 3 people in building total... lmao ... I had a line that wrapped the building and beyond... just between you and I.. I gave away a lot of freebies that night..doing my best to keep everybody cool, happy.. ish.. lol.. I took to heart when the person in charge said "give em a pie or something if they seem extra upset.... " I was ensuring at the box first thing, they wouldn't get extra upset... Hahaha.. the whiteboard they had that documented "food loss" ... one particular category like quadrupled after I started.... 🙄🤫........ 😜)
Anyhow... 4star spot, imo.. based on my visits.. which have all mostly been after 9pm...
..... So...even if ya just toss an extra buck.. or 2... makes a diff, and if you go often.. def do this... but you know that already.. I hope..

Read moreAbsolutely the worst experience as far as a fast food place goes. First time ever at a sonic tonight September 8th. Made a very simple order for 2 number 2 meals one with tater tots and one with loaded tots. Both with a cherry limeade and then 2 additional coney dogs and 1 mozzarella stick order. We waited 20 minutes for the first completely wrong order. The waitress or whatever she is came out with the food and we checked and then sent her back with all of someone else’s order. She was polite and said she would get our order. 20 more minutes went by and she brought another bag out and because of how long we had been there we just pulled off and left. After getting home we discovered what was in the bag. 2 single burgers and 1 container of 6 tater tots and 3 hot dogs and 1 marinara pack. Absolutely comical that in 40 minutes the idiots that work there could not figure out a simple order. This is the worst establishment I have ever been to ever in my life. Hopefully they shut this location down so other people do not have to deal with this level of stupidity for a simple drive thru...
Read moreThanks for replying with a phone number that doesn't work. Last night I arrived at 9:50pm, pushed the red button and it wasn't until I pushed it a second time my order taken. I watched on the display the history of my order. Ten minutes after my order was placed I was advised a car hop was on the way, but they never arrived. I watched as other orders for customers who arrived after me got their orders and drove off. Finally I flagged an employee and ask her check the status of my order as I was sitting for for 40 minutes. After she came out with the third order after me asking about my order, she finally came to me and said my order was given to a delivery driver in error and they were remaking mine. After 50 minutes of waiting my order finally was given to me. Got home and to my surprise my order was not fresh as the burgers were very dry and not hot. The icing on the cake was that I was missing an item that I payed for and did not receive. Not a happy customer. I would be embarrassed if I was this...
