Gordon Food Service Store — Local services in Boynton Beach

I have been coming to West Palm for years. I went to that location the other day only to be greeted with a sign that says to go to Boynton Beach. How come nobody informed me of this? What happened to Eric and Fabiana? They were so attentive and kind!

So I go to Boynton Beach and there is an associate in the entrance/lobby on her phone and I say hello to her. She apologizes for being in her phone, but said that the employees cannot be on their phone in the store because the new manager is watching them on the cameras! What the heck is this? Do managers not trust their staff anymore? Do they not understand their staff has family emergencies and obligations, too, that may require phone calls?

I go into the store and every item I enjoy is out of stock: firewood, fresh meat, fries etc.!

I've been going to Gordon food service in Boynton Beach for over 2 years and the customer service has gone down even with manager. I place an order over the phone every 2 weeks. Recently employees have gotten complacent and forgotten about customer service. I was tried like my order didn't matter. I asked for them to check multiple locations because I need my order and the response I got was sorry we can't find it and the warehouse is out. I gave my name and number. Respectfully I could have been notified that my order was canceled. It's not the place I'm use to going to where employees use to smile and be happy...

The store itself is great! The service of one employee today, could have ruined it. Very rude, and didn't have time to help me find what I needed. Kind of just swung his arm in the direction of what I needed. He was stocking items in that very section! Would have taken him seconds to show me. Thankfully, I found a cashier, who walked away from his job, took me straight to where the item was and made sure I found EVERYTHING I needed! I'm handicapped and cannot walk back and forth trying to find things! I'm giving them 4 stars because of the young man who helped. If not, it would...
