Outlet Jared (THE WORST AND UNSUPPORTIVE PERSONNEL)
I went thrgough a really bad experience with the Jared the Galleria of Jewelry located in the outlet. I had memorable charms that I needed to be incorporated on my bracelet. I paid so much money and the jerks lost my son's baby head charm that I had for 16 years. The jewelry wasn't even 24 hours in their possesion and they lost it. All the charms were placed on incorrect, backwards they even damaged a Candaian charm. The bracelet was return back to be fixed and once again they damaged my second son's baby charm which this one I've had for 19 years. I know I screwed up by giving them a second chance. I told my husband i wanted my money back and he pleaded with the man manager because the other manager (Bella) was no longer with the company. The manager was the worst he did not help at all and told us we can sue him and he still wouldn't get out money back. The service was terrible. I was so heartbroken. Oh, lets not forget the manager (white male don't want to remember his name) told my husband that he was busy helping customers.... Seriously this jerk had the audacity to say this. So what are we then thieves.... My husband wouldn't give up and this jerk finally reached out to the Jared in Boyton Beach.
Jared in Boyton Beach - The best service, you will ever receive. My spoke with Karla and explained the entire situation. She scheudled us for meet up. I was so heistant i told my husband I will stay in the car and he could handle it. My husband convinced to go in and give them a chance. Karla and Susan sat me down and calmly, review the damage and they were apauled on how we were treated. Susan drew my bracelets on a paper for the technician to see how everything needed to be done. I mean the attention and service we received was so heartfelt. We left so alleviated and happy but still skeptical. We went back to pick up my bracelets and just the way it looked was emotional. They were amazing and I will always be so grateful that a real bad experience led us to such an amazing group of people who really care. Read moreSo disappointed. I’m recently engaged and my ring was a bit too big so I came to Jared to have it sized down. After sizing my finger the 6.5 fit perfectly but was a bit tight around the knuckle so he insisted that I get a 6.75. I was hesitant and he saw that but still insisted the 6.75. I went to pick it up a few days later and it was too big so I had to have it resized a second time. When I went to pick up the band had such a different shape and I was devastated. My fiancé worked so hard to pick out the perfect ring. Before fianally telling me that polishing the ring slightly changes the band appearance they went on to say “So I heard you think we switched your band” which I had never implied I simply explained that the shape looks different. The lady who said that to me was very confrontational and unsympathetic. Justin, the regional manager was very professional and he was the only positive experience I had there. I think it’s very important to explain the resizing process to people in order to avoid misunderstanding. I also wouldn’t have had to go through this experience if I was listened to in the first place about what size I wanted in the first place. Read moreHe went to Jared and I am so glad he did. My husband purchased a wedding ring and diamond earrings for me. We have the service plan on both. I took my earrings in with a problem with the clasp. They attempted to repair them including changing the post. However, they were not secure. Carla was extremely helpful and they replaced them with a brand new pair. The same day since I was there Frank assisted me with cleaning my ring. It had already been serviced. However, Frank went above and beyond and checked my ring again. There were a few diamond loose that would have not been identified until my next service in June. If Frank had not checked I could have lost the diamonds. I truly appreciate him taking this extra step. He truly cares about his customers. Tim is also always extremely nice and helpful. We always have great conversation when I am there. With everything this world is going through, it's refreshing to have genuine people that show that they care. We will always go to Jared. Frank, Carla, Tim and the rest of the staff thank you for being awesome amazing...
