My Lash Spa — Local services in Boynton Beach

I loved my experience !!! From beginning to end awesome. I could reserve online if I wanted to and they even have an app ! I went there because I had read good things on Groupon. I get my lashes and brows done often , But this was hands down my best experience at a VERY affordable price. Tasha did my lashes and asked questions about length etc before hand. She was a total perfectionist. Mona did my brows afterwards and was definitely a perfectionist as well. She measured every angle and brow and drew them to ensure she had the outline of what needed to be removed and not more. I don’t have thick eyebrows and they don’t grow out , so it’s important to me that my brow artist does not remove more than necessary. She was great and both Mona and Tasha were super friendly too . I received a coupon for my next visit and they did not try to force me to buy products at the end , which I greatly appreciated . They did however tell me about the various after care products and procedures to follow. The decor is beautiful & place is clean . However , not the best experience . I get there on time , wash my face and wait for my lash tech . In the middle of doing my lashes , the tech Adrianna tried to get me to come back the next day and leave with half lashes , because she said my eyes were too watery . After telling her no I will not come back , she kept getting fustrated .When done , I told her that my lashes don’t look full , she said once I comb them out they’ll look better . I go home and my lashes almost look the same way I came in . I called the office & they directed me to email the manager . It took her 4 days to respond due to being out of the office . I responded that I was out of town and if I could fill them when I come back . I wrote her twice and no response . My lashes started falling out 2 days later . My first time going here and last!!! I was treated very poorly they are very unprofessional.The lash tech Dee that did my lashes did not care about me was rushing me due to another appointment she had coming up it was very painful I told Dee that I have very sensitive eyes and she said “that’s fine “ she didn’t care. I felt faint and she only Allowed my to sit up for like a min because she claimed she had another appointment coming up. Also my eyes kept getting worst and I let Marta the owner know . She blamed me for not knowing that I was allergic to the glue how would I know I never had lashes done before! Went back the next day had the lashes taken off told her I want a refund still never got it .
