If there was a minus star rating, that still wouldn't be acceptable to the experience my wife and l had this evening... Now l I'm going to be candid. I haven't had much luck with "this location" in the past. But since it's literally been years since I entered this location. I thought I'd kindly give them a try to redeem themselves.. sadly no luck... My wife and l entered the location at 7:40p. We were sat immediately, but it was near the bar and had we asked to move... Being close to the lobby area there is always a lot of chitchat and my wife and I wanted a bit quieter location in the restaurant. So they status at the last table in the back. (Which was fine). However it was near the restroom. And there was a noticeable unpleasant odor emitting from that area.... So we move tables once again... At this point since we moved twice, there had seemed to be some confusion as to who would wait on us. Apparently are move designated a different member of the wait staff... At 8:12p. We were aproched by wait staff to take our order. Drinks and Salads were served in a reasonable amount of time, approximately 10 minutes. During the same time as salads were served. The other wait staff who questioned who would wait on us, was in the process of cleaning there zones. Using very loud sweep brooms and shifting tables around to clean, became some what annoying. It truly was an inhibiting event, during our dining experience.... It's now 8:48p. Still waiting for our main course. Suddenly a loud crash coming from the kitchen... And we're waiting and waiting.. Finally at 8:55p our food is served. Warm entrees with cold side dishes. We called the waitress over. Told her that food temperature was cold. Her reply... I'll let them know and walks away. She comes back a few minutes later to let us know, they'll make new side dishes. I explained that was unacceptable because then my main entree will be cold but my side dishes will be hot. I kindly asked she remove all the food from the table and bring us fresh hot plates with all the food prepared properly. She takes the food says nothing. Waiting 10 minutes now 9:05p. A manager comes to our table apologizing. Telling us food will be out shortly. Preparing all new dishes for us... At 9:30p another waiter brings us our plates. Smaller portions of burnt food. Our waitress comes over and asks us out everything is... Showed her the burnt food, completely unappetizing.. Told her we should make it a night. Call it a day as we're not having much luck. She said she would get the manager... We waited more then 10 minutes. No manger returned to us... So we left the food and left the restaurant at 9:50p. Arriving at 7:40p. departing at 9:50p. Is plenty of time to serve a table for two properly... Major Fail!!! We won't be visiting this location any time soon. Note... We have dined in other Longhorn locations with no problem what so ever. Plain and simple.. this location seems to be an ongoing issue... Disappointed to...

Read moreSuper disappointed...the worst service/food I've had anywhere in a long time. We arrived at 6:09p and were sat right away. (Hostess was great and cleaned a booth off for us right away) After a few minutes our waitress came and took our drink order (2 ice teas) and it took no less than 5 minutes to receive those. By this time we were ready to order: 2 starter salads, a bowl of chili and a chicken dish to split for the meal. We were given bread with our drinks (thank God) because by 6:50p (40 minutes from the time we walked in) we still didn't have a single piece of lettuce on our table. We noticed other tables looking around and overheard the table next to us wondering where their beer that they ordered was. When the waitress approached them she actually said "oh I forgot to put that in, do you still want it?" To which the guest replied, yes, right now. At 6:52p 1 starter salad (yes, only 1 even though we ordered 2) and a bowl of chili arrived at our table, so not only did we wait over 40 minutes for food, at that point we were only given our starters??? I would of at least thought they'd bring the entire meal at that point. Unfortunately, as patient as I try to be, when I looked down at the chili, I hit my limit because it had about 1/2 an inch of grease pooling at the top and didn't even look edible. When we mentioned how long we'd been waiting to our waitress (same one who forgot our neighbors beer) she said "oh wow time has just been flying by for me" Really? You're that unaware of your surroundings and job? We threw $10 bucks down to cover our teas and left. We definitely won't be back and unless you have 2 hours to kill on sub-par food you probably...
