I have never been treated so poorly by your pharmacist Karly in any Walgreens in my life. I called at 5 pm to check the status of 2 of my prescriptions just to make sure they are available for pickup, I am told they will be ready in 2 hours after 7 pm. I arrive there at 7:30 and am told i cannot pick them up today one is available on December 5 and the other the 7th. Which was the reason i called in the first place to make sure I don't waste my time and drive there for no reason. I begin to walk out of the store when I receive a text saying one of my scripts is ready and then get the Walgreens phone call saying the script is ready. Confused, I walk back to the pharmacy wait in like again and ask a different employee what's going on since I'm getting a text saying that its ready. Before the employee has time to answer the pharmacist Karly SCREAMS loudly from about 15 feet away and says SIR SHE JUST EXPLAINED TO YOU THAT YOUR SCRIPTS ARE NOT READY YET. Which first of all this employee was not the same employee so she did not just explain that to me and all I was coming back to discuss was why I was getting texts and voicemails stating that my script was ready. I asked her why she was being so rude and her answer was " I am simply stating a fact". First of all you do not state facts from 15 feet away in a loud condescending tone. This behavior to me is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable when I took every measure to make sure I wasn't making the trip there for no reason. Let alone be yelled at for asking a question. You need to seriously reevaluate this woman's stability to work in this field, she is clearly unhinged when a confused customer cannot ask simple questions...
Read moreI can not begin to tell you how bad this pharmacy is. I gave them a good 6 months worth of time to see if they would improve and no, just progressively worse. If you call expect to sit on hold for so long the call disconnects. This will happen for multiple phone calls until someone answers just to immediately put you on hold again. This is exclusively the pharmacy that does this. Also, I have had to have prescriptions called in multiple times for them to just say they haven’t gotten them. I think the average number of times I have to have each prescription called in is 3 times before they acknowledge they received it. Then they’ll tell me they have duplicates. Well, if they did their jobs properly the first time then I wouldn’t have to have them called in multiple times. It takes at least a full 24 hours for them to even acknowledge they have your prescription let alone begin to fill it. In short, if you have 3-5 days to wait for a prescription to be received and filled this is your place. I avoid using this pharmacy at all costs which is inconvenient since it’s the closest one. 10/10 would never recommend.
Also majority of the bad reviews for this location are for the pharmacy. I think that says something and maybe it should be looked into...
Read moreThis pharmacy and the pharmacist working on 01/04/23 around 6pm wasn’t helpful at all. I was on hold for 1 hour and then went up because I figured they were busy. I needed a prescription transfer from one pharmacy to Walgreens. I went to the previous pharmacy and they told me that Walgreens needed to call the pharmacy to get it transferred. After being on hold for an hour I went up there and ask if they can give one mart, the pharmacy that the prescription was at in the beginning to Walgreens and they said that Walmart would have to call wall greens to get it transferred. I told Walgreens that Walmart said that they needed to receive a call from them so that they can get the transfer moved over but Walgreens refused to contact Walmart. I ended up going to another Walgreens and they were very helpful in my situation. They were not answering their calls during the time that I was standing their line and they were extra rude. I would have been fine if they told me to come back when they was less busy or something. They just...
