Subway — Restaurant in Boynton Beach

Hello I'm a customer, And yesterday I went to get kids meal.

First of all the elderly lady there was very nasty and she said that they have no kids meal . I saw they do have kids meal they just didn't want to give it to me to give it to my kids.

She was more friendly with the black guy but working in Walmart that was getting pizza in a Coke.

And the fountain of Coca-Cola the sign says sorry no free refill I mean what kind of people working there?.

I hope they change the service and I hope they'll have different people working they're not black.

Because of black people are very lazy bum and they don't like to work not all of them but few of them.

The young girl was nice not bad but the elderly woman was very ugly and very cold and in fact she got annoyed.

Subway you should hire people not black only white to work in Subway.

I will never come to the subway again and I will never let my daughter go there and ask for anything from them if she want to drink something or eat I'll buy her in the self checkout water and a snack or something but never from Subway.

Did elderly woman was so cold and she's not pleasant she didn't smile very cold woman.

We had a very nice lady in Walmart I think she was in a self-checkout she was very nice and she knows for 4 years already we would come to the supercenter Walmart and buy everything.

But when we went to Subway the woman was very very mean and not friendly she had no patience that she wanted to go already home.

This Subway doesn't have a very good store manager....every time I come into the store when she is here, she never looks happy and always looks angry and disgusted like she doesn't want to be there and do her job...She provides very poor customer service and she is not manager material...I tried talking to her twice about a position with Subway....1st she said that she wasn't hiring....then a week or 2 later, I find out that hired a few people...the 2nd time I inquired about a position, a few of her employees tried to talk to her about me to let her know that I am a very good person, that I am dependable, very flexible, and a very hard worker....she told these employees that she doesn't want to hire me because the way I look....and that I always look angry, I don't smile, I don't look happy..etc...That is discrimination....you shouldn't judge a person by the way they look. ..she favors people and doesn't treat everyone fairly.....and doesn't give everyone the benefit of the doubt....she shouldn't be a store manager and have the ability to hire people because she doesn't treat everyone equal......

TERRIBLE!! The woman who is usually there working actually gave my order to someone else and didn’t want to own up to it! She claims the person came in and showed her the order screenshot and everything. FALSE! There is no way that someone could access my order through the subway app and show you it. She then REFUSED to make me anymore food just saying “ sorry pretty” and when I asked for a manager- she walks away into the back and I heard her still and the LIES on the phone she was telling her manager to look good as if SHE WASNT THE ONE WHO GAVE SOMEONE ELSE MY ORDER. No refund, no help. The managers couldn’t even help. And the moron dude who works there just slurped his drink and said “ we don’t know how to help” and that “ the manager doesn’t know either.” WHAT?! DO NOT EAT HERE!! The solution from everyone INCLUDING management was basically “ tough luck.” ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR GIVING MY FOOD TO SOMEONE ELSE.
